Hello friend,

And welcome to this tranquil space where you will allow yourself to unwind and surrender to the soothing flow of gentle words.

Find a comfortable position,

Lying down on your back with your arms relaxed at your sides or resting gently on your belly.

Close your eyes softly and take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

With every breath,

Feel yourself sinking deeper into a state of relaxation.

Inhale calm,

And exhale tension.

Allow your body to gradually become heavy and supported by the surface beneath you.

Let's take a few moments to acknowledge this time you've dedicated to yourself,

Where love,

Positivity,

And serenity embrace you.

Now begin to focus on your body,

Starting at the crown of your head,

Imagine a warm gentle light spreading across your scalp.

Feel it melting away any tension as it moves down.

Let this light flow down through your forehead,

Relaxing your eyebrows,

Your eyes,

And your cheeks.

Visualize this warmth moving down to your jaw,

Softening any tightness.

As you continue to breathe,

Deeply feel this calming sensation moving down your neck and shoulders,

Easing any burden you might be holding.

With every breath,

Invite this warm light to flow through your arms,

Your upper arms,

And down to your fingertips.

As it moves,

It sweeps away any remaining stress.

Allow this soothing light to cascade down your chest,

Your abdomen,

And into your lower back.

Feel your spine relax into the surface beneath you,

As the light moves through your hips,

Your thighs,

Over your knees.

Let each limb grow heavier and more relaxed.

Finally visualize the light reaching your feet,

Grounding you in this beautiful moment.

Focus on your breathing for the next few moments on your own.

Now let's begin to introduce calming affirmations that will nurture your subconscious mind for a loving and positive tomorrow.

As I speak these affirmations,
