Close your eyes if it feels right,
And take a deep breath in,
Feeling the air fill your lungs,
And exhale,
Releasing any tension within.
In this serene space,
Embrace the stillness and quietness of the morning,
Allowing it to envelop you in a sense of calm and tranquility.
Let this meditation serve as a gentle reminder to prioritize self-care and nurture your well-being as you embark on the journey ahead.
Sit here for a couple of minutes,
Connecting with your breath.
When it's time to come back,
I will gently come back with this soft bell sound.
Take one last deep breath in,
And out,
And as you open your eyes,
May you carry this sense of calm and clarity with you throughout the day,
Ready to face any challenges that might come your way.
