So maybe getting pregnant is not coming easily and that never means that there's something wrong.
It means that there's something for us to learn and connect with and our bodies are communicating with us all the time and what happens with fertility is there's something that needs to be addressed for us to then get pregnant and this becomes very apparent with fertility.
So this is a beautiful time to listen to our bodies,
To honor our bodies and let that be our guide.
So first we align with our bodies and then we are guided to make the changes,
Have the understandings to learn and experience in the way that we're meant to.
So this meditation is all about tuning into our bodies,
Our minds and our spirit to receive that information and that communication.
So let's begin.
So begin by finding yourself in a comfortable seated position,
Laying down if that is available for you and we simply tune into our breath,
Feeling our body expand on our inhale and soften on our exhale,
Feeling into the rhythm of your breath,
Giving yourself this moment,
This time to be fully present in your body,
Feeling your body expand with your inhale and soften with your exhale.
Our bodies are always communicating with us,
Letting us know if the environment around us is suitable or not.
The question is are we listening?
As we breathe we bring in beautiful life force energy,
Each breath energizing our body,
Learning to tune in and be present with our body.
Noticing what thoughts,
Feelings or emotions arise and simply just letting them go.
Giving yourself this gift of presence to listen to your body,
To honor your body,
Noticing what thoughts,
Feelings or emotions arise,
Simply acknowledging them,
Loving them,
Loving the version of yourself that was attached to it.
It's a memory or an emotion,
Giving yourself that love and support.
Imagine you can give that version of yourself a big hug and letting it go.
Choosing to return your attention back to your breath,
Your ability to bring in breath is your ability to bring in life.
We want a full belly breath allowing your chest and tummy to fully expand,
Allowing yourself to fully breathe,
Noticing where in your body you are feeling tension or heaviness and bringing your attention there now,
Knowing at any moment you can tune into your breath and tune into your body and listen.
In this way we can listen to and honor our bodies and allow for healing and release to occur,
Knowing you now have this beautiful tool,
This gift of knowing how to tune in and listen to your body.
