We begin with the root chakra. It deals with safety. Survival. Embodiment. Belonging. Related to the element of Earth. The core question is, Am I safe to be here? This chakra is located at the base of the spine. So bring your attention to this area of the body. The root chakra is our foundation. Without safety and survival, Little else can be addressed.
