Welcome,

Dear friend.

This is a healing meditation inspired by Dr.

Joe Dispenza and the poet Rainer Maria Rilke.

It will begin with words inspired by Dr.

Joe and it will end with Rilke's poem,

Let This Darkness Be a Bell Tower.

So begin by relaxing into a meditation posture that's comfortable for you.

Let ease with your heart area open.

And let yourself feel what an honor it is to live.

Take a deep breath and let your body relax.

Let your whole being relax into blackness.

All rich velvety blackness.

And let yourself feel your beautiful heart.

If it helps,

You can place your hand on your heart for a moment and just feel the energy there.

Feel your beautiful heart and let it speak this day.

Let yourself feel more alive today than yesterday.

Let your heart bloom with life.

Feel,

Breathe that you're alive and conscious.

Breathe life into your beautiful heart because you can.

Feel life stir in your heart and be moved.

Be moved by life.

The energy of life in your heart.

Let yourself feel the life in your heart.

The body is sacred.

The mind is essential.

The heart is vital.

The soul is your divine compass.

Let your mind be enriched.

Let your body be restored.

Let your heart sing.

Let your soul speak in infinite ways and guide you back home.

Life,

What a gift to be alive,

To feel,

To love,

To give,

To create.

Let your heart be awakened in this life.

Let your cup runneth over with love.

Let the divine awaken within you.

May you never forget who you truly are,

A divine being waking up in this lifetime.

Amen.

A poem by raider Maria Rilke titled Let this Darkness Be a Bell Tower.

Quiet friend who has come so far,

Feel how your breathing makes more space around you.

Let this darkness be a bell tower and you the bell.

As you ring,

What batters you becomes your strength.

Move back and forth into the change.

What is it like,

Such intensity of pain?

If the drink is bitter,

Turn yourself into wine.

In this uncontainable night,

Be the mystery at the crossroads of your senses,

The meaning discovered there.

And if the world has ceased to hear you,

Say to the silent earth,

I flow.

To the rushing water speak,

I am.

May your cup runneth over,

My friend.

Be well.
