Welcome to our meditation.
My name is Teresa and today I will guide you through the relaxation.
I invite you to take a deep breath and when you are sitting in a comfortable position,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a moment to imagine yourself being calmer,
More peaceful and more focused on the present moment.
Allow your mind to see an image of what that would feel like.
Consider what you might be seeing.
Consider what you might be hearing.
Consider what you might be feeling.
Focus on the image that shows you that you are more calm,
Peaceful and focused.
Perhaps you are already feeling more calm,
More peaceful and more focused.
Now think of a simple way how you can incorporate this feeling of calmness into your life in days and weeks that are waiting for you.
And after you have done that,
Remember that it is really this easy to create a little more peace and calm in your life.
So I invite you now to take a breath for a moment and begin to move your attention back to the room and to the chair you are sitting on.
Listen to the sounds around you and slowly begin to open your eyes.
Recognize how you are feeling.
Recognize the peace that you feel in yourself.
