About the Winter Rest Series: This collection of meditations is designed to support the winter season—a time for deep rest, nervous system regulation, and quiet trust. Rather than pushing for clarity or momentum, these practices invite slowing down, honoring stillness, and allowing unseen growth to unfold naturally. Each track can be listened to on its own or as part of the full series, depending on what you need in the moment. A short meditation for embracing stillness, uncertainty, and deep winter rest.

Hi Love,

I'm Teresa.

This is a short meditation for resting in the dark,

Without needing answers,

Direction or clarity.

Imagine the dark not as emptiness,

But as rich,

Nourishing soil.

A place where nothing is demanded of you.

A place where things are allowed to form quietly.

You don't need to see what's coming next.

You don't need to know how it will unfold.

Some seasons are meant for rooting,

Not reaching.

Let your breath deepen.

Let your body soften into this stillness.

What you're tending now will grow in its own time.

For this moment,

Rest here,

Held,

Supported and allowed to be unfinished.

When you're ready,

Take one more slow breath in and out.

Remember you can always return for a little more rest here with me.

And as you return to your day,

Remember as always,

You are loved,

You are whole,

You are enough.
