Welcome to the quiet becoming.

This is a space where you're safe to rest,

To remember who you are,

And to reconnect with the quiet truth inside you.

There is nothing you need to do here.

Just breathe.

Just be.

You are so welcome here.

I invite you to find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

Let your hands rest softly wherever they land.

Let your eyes close or soften,

And begin to notice your breath.

No need to change it,

Just notice.

Let yourself arrive.

This moment is for you.

Take a slow breath into your belly,

And release.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Notice where your body is held.

There is nothing you need to do right now.

Just be here.

Gently bring your awareness to your body.

Notice any places that feel soft,

And any place that feels tender or tight.

Invite yourself to be here with whatever is present,

With kindness and curiosity.

Begin to imagine a warm golden light at your heart.

Soft and steady.

This is your light.

This is your home.

Now in your own time,

Begin to imagine your inner child.

They may appear as you once were,

Or they may show up as a feeling,

A flicker of memory,

Or simply a presence you sense.

However they show up is perfect.

When you see them,

Greet them gently.

You might offer a smile,

A hello,

Or simply be with them in quiet.

Let them know I see you.

I'm here.

I've missed you.

Sit beside them.

Ask,

What do you need right now?

How can I care for you today?

Listen with your whole heart,

Even if no words come.

Trust the feeling.

Trust the connection.

Before we part,

Offer your inner child a gift.

It might be a word,

A song,

A hug,

A promise to return.

Let it be whatever feels true.

And when you're ready,

Bring your awareness back to the breath.

Back to the feeling of the ground beneath you.

Back to the room around you.

Your inner child is always within you.

And you are always enough.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and carry this softness with you into whatever comes next.

May you carry this softness with you into your next breath,

Into your next breath.

Step into your becoming.

You are loved.

You are whole.

You are home.
