In this extended meditation, you’re invited to explore the subtle ways we sometimes hold onto what we love — relationships, outcomes, or even versions of ourselves — with tension rather than trust. Through slow, nervous-system–friendly pacing and gentle somatic awareness, this practice offers a space to soften without loss. You’ll be guided to notice where effort lives in the body, to open the hands without letting go, and to allow love and possibility to breathe. This meditation is especially supportive if you’re navigating uncertainty, change, or growth, and want to remain connected without gripping tightly. There is nothing here to force, fix, or release before you’re ready. Only an invitation to create space — and trust what can grow within it.
