1°Aquarius Waning 3rd Q Moon Release And Activation

Join me as we take advantage of this potent waning Aquarian energy; healing our relationships, releasing ourselves from stale and outdated associations and circles that no longer align with our highest self.

Just begin to drop in right away. Bring in some music. These third quarter moons this entire year are going to be so powerful, Right? And so as we gather under the gentle guidance of this potent third quarter moon at one degrees Aquarius, We embrace this slowing down. The third quarter moon is waning. It's losing energy. The moon is illuminated by the sun and as the earth begins to block the sun's energy, The moon loses its energy, Right? It begins to wane until it becomes the dark moon, The new moon. And so we embrace this waning, Slowing down. And also the significant moments of release and reflection. During this energy we will be utilizing within our community, Our friendships, Reflecting on our groups, Our memberships in clubs and social circles. This powerful lunar phase of release and surrender offers a timely opportunity to clear away external dead weight, You know, The outdated relationships, The social associations, If you will, That no longer align with our highest good or because our viewpoints have shifted within. This waning Aquarian energy slows us down and we are able to be still, Allowing ourselves to expand and see the bigger picture, Bigger. This energy in particular also brings with it a brand new newness, Right? It's coming in at one degrees Aquarius. In fact, We're getting two Aquarian third quarter moons. Next month, The third quarter moon will be at 29 degrees Aquarius. And so it's like bookends and we'll have these next four weeks to take advantage of the review and the reflection and the release and the surrender of what we need to do. And on the next third quarter moon, Four weeks from now at 29 degrees, The ending, The conclusion, You know, The end, The final completion. We'll be able to, You know, Take the time to review back for anything that we might've missed and take this second chance opportunity to really clean it up for good once and for all, Right? In numerology, The number one resonates with the vibrations and attributes of new beginnings, Creation, Independence, Uniqueness, Motivation, Striving forward and progress, Ambition and willpower, Raw energy, Self-leadership and assertiveness, Initiative, Instinct and intuition, Tenacity, Right? All of the ways that we think about first, Number one, New beginnings. Joanne Sacred Scribes goes on to describe the number one energy in this way, Saying that angel numbers ask you to be aware of your thoughts and focus upon your true heart's desires so that they are able to positively manifest your desires into your life. Do not focus on your fears and what you don't want because these can also manifest. I love that reminder. And reminder as we are slowing down and reviewing and reflecting that this number one is also bringing in new beginnings, If we allow that in our space, By getting rid of the stale, Right? By shedding these exterior layers of influence that are outside us and all around us. We are then preparing ourselves for the deeply healing internal trauma and wound healing that we'll have next week with the Taurus new moon. Using the grounding, Nurturing energy of that Taurian new moon, We are going to actually be diving into the goddess womb activation and blessings here on Insight Timer. We'll be holding space for that here. If you're ready and feel safe to do so, You can begin to slow down with me here. Taking a nice deep breath in. And when you do, You'll be drawing in clarity and peace. And as you exhale, Releasing tension and expectations, Allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper into this safe and sacred space. Doing that a few times. Breathing in the clarity and peace. Allowing your shoulders to drop down from your ears. Releasing the tension, Releasing the expectations. Breathing in. Dropping down deeper into your body. I would like you to think in this quiet space in your mind's eye. Visualize yourself within a supportive circle of souls. Bonded by intention and mutually heartfelt love. And see yourself circled up. Feel the warmth and the reassurance of this collective collection of like-minded souls. Knowing that you're fully supported. Receiving that yummy positive energy. Reflecting inwards. Asking yourself, Which friendships, Groups, Memberships, Social circles, Communities, Am I holding on to that no longer align with my highest good or purpose? What energies or interactions am I ready to lovingly release now? Which friendships or social communities, Circles, Groups, Am I holding on to that no longer align with my highest good or purpose? What energies or interactions am I ready to lovingly release? As these thoughts or memories or insights gently come to the surface, You can affirm them with clarity and compassion. Maybe place your hand on your heart. Maybe another on your womb space, Over your sacral. With love and gratitude, I release all social connections, Community ties, And group energies that no longer resonate with my highest good, My highest truth. I honor the lessons I've learned and lovingly let the rest go. Envision in your mind's eye a large, Bright white screen before you. You project onto this screen all of these relationships, These groups, These interactions that you're ready to release. Put them all up there. See them all clearly. Acknowledge them fully as you witness them up on the big white screen. Now imagine the edges of the screen begin glowing brighter and brighter. The entire image fading as the screen becomes lighter and brighter. The different images trying to hang on, Released, Become faded. And this screen is glowing brighter and lighter still until the screen completely dissolves all of the images into pure white light. There's nothing left. Feel the cleansing energy as all of these outdated connections gently disappear. Leaving only clarity, Peace. If you'd like to join me, I would like to go through a tapping sequence, Emotional freedom technique. It's the disruption of our nervous system created by Gary Craig back in the 1990s as a way to disrupt our fight or flight response that we would have, Reactionary. And instead, Tap into that feeling at the time and be able to disrupt our unconscious reaction so that we can bring conscious awareness and conscious reaction to our decisions and our next moves. We start off just by doing the karate chop. If you're not sure what that is, It is the meaty part on the outside of your palms of your hands, Just alternating back and forth between your different palms, Making sure that you're tapping a minimum of seven to ten times in each spot. Right now, I'm just alternating tapping seven to ten times on the outside of the palm of my hand, Beginning my karate chop gently. I'm going to take you through this tapping sequence two or three times. I think I might even repeat each point two or three times. We'll be going through the cycle of the top of the eyes, The side of the eyes, Underneath the eyes, At the nose, At the chin, At the collarbone, Underneath the arms, And finally at the top of the head. If you'd like to join me again, If you haven't already, By tapping on the karate chop points on the outer palm of each of your hands. You can repeat after me. You can allow my voice to be your voice in your head. However you would like to do this, This is for you. For me, For you, For us, As Melanie Ann Lear says. As you're karate chopping the outsides of your palms, Take this moment to center yourself. And at the karate chop point, You repeat after me. Even though I have held on to relationships that no longer serve me, I deeply and completely love, Trust, And accept myself again. Eye to the eyes. I lovingly release all of these relationships now underneath the eyes. It is safe for me to let go and move forward underneath the nose. I honor the lessons and release the attachments of familiarity. At the chin. I choose clarity and authentic connections now. At the collarbone. I am released from stale, Outdated energies. I am free. Underneath the arm. I hold myself to meaningful, Aligned relationships. Top of the head. And I am clear-headed, Aligned, And ready for new supportive community bonds. Take a nice deep breath and bring your hands into prayer position. And you can bring them down in front of your heart space. And if you feel so moved, You can bow your head in reverence. And feel the shift within your energy field. Allow for the integration. While we are in this space, I'm going to give you five things to think about. To contemplate. Reflecting on your current social connections, Which friendships or community involvements bring you genuine joy and alignment? Number two. Which relationships or group interactions leave you feeling drained or disconnected? What is it that's keeping you from being connected? What specifically contributes to these feelings? What fears or beliefs might be holding you back from releasing outdated social interactions, Connections, Commitments? How would you call that in? Number five. How would it feel to cultivate a community that fully aligns with your authentic self and your highest vibration? Fabulous. How would it feel to cultivate a community that fully aligns with your authentic self and highest vibration? Sit in that feeling. Soak in that feeling. Together we affirm. I welcome clear, Authentic, Genuine connections. Aligned with my highest vibration into my life now. I invite inspiring, Supportive, And consciously aware people and communities to enter my life. Finally, We confidently affirm. I am now aligned, Clear, And open. I release all that no longer serves my social and communal growth. Making and creating sacred space within myself to fully embrace the profound inner healing that I know is coming during the Goddess Bloom activation, New Moon, And Taurus. That's why I'm taking this time to clear the exterior now so that I can heal the interior soon. Hold this uplifting frequency, This breathing deeply, Feeling rooted, Feeling grounded in clarity. Feeling grounded and rooted in purpose. Recognizing peace of mind has always been there. Feeling the peace of mind. When you're ready, You can gently return your awareness to your physical space. Knowing that this energetic release is continuing to support you beautifully throughout the coming weeks ahead. It's been written in the stars. It's been divinely orchestrated. You can't make it up.
