Blessed be and welcome to this winter solstice transmission.
My name is Sofia Magdalene Rose.
I am the founder of Venus Rose Mystery School.
So before we start the meditation,
Please get into a comfortable seated position or laying down position,
Light a candle,
Make sure you're comfortable and make sure you have a journal and a pen by you if you wish to write anything after the transmission.
So I would like to start by talking a little bit about today.
So this transmission is being recorded on the day of the great conjunction between Jupiter on Saturn and the winter solstice in December 21st,
2020.
So today is a very special powerful day.
Today we have the getaway and the portal into the new earth,
Into the new age of Aquarius.
So the winter solstice is the last solar gate of the wheel of the year.
And on this day,
The sun is celebrated for it being reborn.
So in October 31st,
We had sawing hallows eve.
And from that day on,
We've been descending into the darkness,
Into the womb of the earth.
And the sun has been declining and descending.
So today we reached the peak of the darkness,
Having the longest night of the year.
And in this peak of darkness,
The sun stops descending and it stands still for three days.
So this is a metaphor for the goddess giving birth to her son.
And he is reborn.
And this is the rebirth of the light.
And this represents the light returning to us in the greatest moments of darkness.
So the winter solstice,
It's a time for reflection,
Letting go,
Meditation,
Introspection,
Going inward,
Going in.
And it's a time to honor the darkness for all that it has given us.
And it's also a time to welcome back the light just as the sun comes back and the days start to get a little bit longer,
A little bit longer,
All the way until summer solstice when we have the longest day.
So celebrating the sun,
Celebrating the return of the light,
And also acknowledging and honoring the dark.
And this is also symbolic of the year that we've had.
2020 has been quite a powerful initiatory year,
Which started in January with a Saturn-Pluto conjunction.
So we've been going through deep shifting times.
And today,
When we have our Jupiter and Saturn conjunction,
We'll be entering into a new timeline.
So Jupiter is the Lord of expansion,
Growth,
Abundance,
Prosperity,
Mercy,
Miracles,
Optimism.
And Saturn is the Lord of karma,
Time,
Initiations,
Restriction,
Contraction.
They are opposites,
Yet they complement each other.
And they come together today to create this perfect balance,
This zero point conception to give birth to a new era.
So these two planets meet every 20 years.
So today we're starting a new 20-year cycle and also a 200-year cycle.
And they've been journeying on the earth signs of astrology.
And today we enter a whole new sign from the earth to the air.
So we're moving from the underworld to the heavens to a completely new element.
So this is bringing us into the long awaited and prophesized age of Aquarius.
And for those of us that are connected to the goddess path and the rose lineage,
This also signifies the coming of the feminine Christ,
The goddess,
The divine feminine.
So feeling into all of these and allowing yourself to relax,
Close your eyes and come to seated position or laying down however you're most comfortable.
Making sure you have a sip of water if you need to.
Making sure you have a candle on.
And so let's start.
Taking a deep inhale in through the nose.
Expand the belly as you inhale.
And exhale out through the mouth,
Letting out a sigh,
Releasing any tension.
Doing that again in through the nose.
Expand the belly,
Deep long breath and exhale out through the mouth,
Releasing tension,
Letting out a sound.
And keep doing that a couple more times.
Relaxing the jaw,
Relaxing the eyes,
The forehead,
Relaxing the shoulders,
The chest,
Relaxing the lower back,
The legs,
Relaxing the feet,
The hands,
Allowing your body to feel heavy,
Feeling the point of contact beneath you,
The bed,
The chair,
The floor,
Feeling connected to the earth.
Continuing to breathe.
Deep long and slow breaths.
And bringing the breath into normal,
In and out through the nose,
Relaxing the breath.
Opening your mind's eye to a cord of light going from your tailbone all the way down to the center of the earth.
Cord of light going through the rocks,
The sand,
The waters,
The lavas,
The magma,
Spiraling all the way down to the center of the earth to ground you and protect you.
And then you're going to wrap this cord of light in a crystal,
A beautiful quartz or obsidian or amethyst,
Whatever you see.
Then bringing this beautiful energy all the way from the center of the earth up through the cord of light and into your body.
This is the energy of support,
Abundance,
Nourishment,
Unconditional love,
The energy of our great mother earth.
Seeing and seeing this light and this energy from the earth come up through the feet,
The knees,
The legs,
The hips,
The chest,
The arms,
The heart,
All the way to the crown of the head.
And then from here,
Bringing the awareness from the crown of the head all the way up to the cosmos,
Connecting you through a pillar of light.
Your body,
The earth and the cosmos connected through a pillar of light and you are in the middle of heaven and earth.
You being the bridge between heaven and earth,
Connecting to this magnificent source of light.
God,
Goddess,
Source,
The One and allowing this beautiful activating cosmic energy to shower you,
Feeling all the support and blessings and miracles that are showering upon you now.
Breathing in this light,
Breathing in this love.
And bringing the attention to your heart,
To your body.
And from this place,
Start to envision a beautiful sunrise.
And the sunrise coming as fresh new light upon you after the longest time of darkness.
So allowing any restrictions or beliefs,
Shadows,
Fears to melt away as you feel the sun upon your skin,
As you feel the first rays of the reborn sun melting away.
Any fears,
Any powerlessness or any hopelessness.
Anything of any,
Anything that limits you,
That holds you back,
That makes you afraid.
To come up to the light and be melted away by the rays of the great sun.
The sun that carries the Christ coat,
The sun that carries the coats of light.
And so receiving the coats of light as you breathe,
Receiving the coats of light into your breath,
Feeling you up,
Filling up your body with love,
With compassion for yourself,
Compassion for your body,
Compassion for where you are on your own unique journey on the earth right now.
And letting go of any,
Any mind chatter,
Allowing yourself to be empty so that you can fill yourself up with light.
This light that you carry always within you.
This light that you share with everyone you come in contact with.
This light of compassion,
Sovereignty,
Purpose,
Power,
Confidence,
Self love,
Grace.
And always trusting that the light will always return even in the greatest times of darkness.
Continuing to breathe.
Continuing to envision a beautiful sunrise in front of you,
Shining upon you as you absorb the healing light codes of the winter solstice.
And as you breathe,
Knowing that you are loved and supported as we step in through the portal into the new age of Aquarius and feeling your intentions for this new cycle as we start a new 20 year cycle,
A new 200 year cycle.
As we move into a new element,
The air,
Feeling your intentions for this new timeline that we're entering to.
And as you feel your intentions,
If you wish to speak them out loud,
Please do so.
As we speak,
We create,
Speaking out loud any intentions you have for this new age of Aquarius for this winter solstice for this great conjunction,
Any intentions of always trusting in your intuition,
The intelligence of your body,
Any intentions of self care and deeper and greater self love,
Intentions on committing to your purpose and your dharma,
Intentions of deepening intimacy in relationships,
Allowing yourself to speak these intentions out loud,
You can say your name.
Knowing that these intentions are being heard by the universe,
By God,
Goddess.
And so bringing one hand to your heart center and bringing one hand to your womb or your lower abdomen.
And allowing all of these intentions and light codes to fill you up,
To be grounded into your cells,
Into your body,
To be grounded and absorbed into your bones,
To every tissue,
To every nook and cranny in your body.
Bringing in the light of the sun,
The renewing,
Refreshing,
Life giving divine energy that exists outside of you and within you.
And so bringing that cord of light from inside the earth all the way back up into your body and allowing yourself to slowly come back into the room that you're in,
Feeling the ground beneath you,
Feeling the clothes in your skin,
Taking a deep breath.
And so whenever you're ready,
Coming to a close and you're welcome to stay here,
Feeling the waves of the transmission for as long as you like,
Rest in this space,
Allow your mind to let go.
