Hello, My name is Teemarie and I welcome you to this self-love prayer. It is said in the first person so that you can easily follow along and agree with points that you feel good agreeing with. Let's come together and pray. Heavenly Father, Thank you so much for this life, For who I am, What I can do, My senses, My limbs and physical body, My intelligence, Creativity, And unique set of skills and talents. Help me to see myself the way you see me, Perfect, Whole, Complete, Worthy. Help me see myself as good enough to do and be and express the way you created me. Fill my heart with compassion and love and understanding and forgiveness for myself. Help me to embrace my unique beauty, Character, Talents, And abilities. Guide me to release self-criticism and replace it with kindness, Understanding, Mercy, Joy, Love, Peace, Gratitude. Help me to walk in the light of self-love, Honoring the divine in me. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for all the ways this manifests. Compliments, Insight, Awareness, Opportunities to receive love for myself and express love to myself each and every moment of the day.
