In this meditation you're going to get connected to the truth of who you are,
Your essence,
And in it you're going to work with what your true power is.
So start by closing your eyes,
Either sitting or lying down.
Take a nice deep breath in and hold it,
And breathe out,
Breathing out relaxation.
Take another deep breath in and give full space to all thoughts that may arise.
The art of letting go has nothing to do with pushing away.
It's about not making anything a problem,
So everything can be there for a moment,
Even the thoughts you are familiar with.
As you are breathing in,
Really put your focus and attention on your physicality,
Letting the outside world completely dissolve,
Putting all of your attention into you.
Just notice as you breathe in and you breathe out that there's a greater sense of spaciousness,
Of ease.
Give your thoughts back to life,
Back to existence.
Not taking ownership of any thought you have,
Not believing it as your thought.
Just see them as thoughts,
As ripples.
Ripples in the energy field of consciousness,
Ripples in the space of your awareness.
Let those thoughts be themselves and disappear if they want to disappear.
Don't take ownership or control or try to do anything with them.
Just give them space.
As none of these thoughts are yours to begin with,
They're just sort of there.
You've collected them.
Along the way you collected all of these thoughts.
At what point did they become yours and who says they are except for yourself?
Why can't they just be thoughts?
Just thoughts.
None of these thoughts are essentially yours.
They are just optional.
Every thought is optional.
They are just collective ideas that you have learned to hold on to.
Now release these thoughts from you as you just focus on your breath.
You allow a greater sense of relaxation within your body,
Within your mind,
Within your emotions.
You are opening up to spiritual power.
Recognizing that negative thoughts have no power.
Learning to see that the divine is within all of life and this true power comes from the divine consciousness of your true self.
When you open up to the divine self,
That consciousness also becomes your consciousness.
This is the consciousness that reveals the divine in all of life.
That reveals the nature of spiritual power and it takes the power out of those things that really aren't real.
That have no power.
Because in this light you realize there is only one power and that is of the divine self.
So picture yourself in the center of your being.
Imagine that pillar of light within you.
The light within you.
Your breath.
Your life essence.
As you connect with that light just observe how brilliant,
How penetrating,
How vast your inner light is becoming.
Sense this inner light within you and as you open up to it you allow more of it to radiate through you.
You allow more of your life force.
You allow more of your inspiration.
You allow more of your intuition and guidance.
You allow light to lead the way in your decisions,
In your emotions,
In your mind.
So invite the consciousness of the divine self into your life and into your being evermore.
Remember when you ask it is given and this divine self wants to fully embrace you and have you fully embrace it.
This divine self is you.
It's the readiness of you.
It's the totality of you.
So receive the consciousness right now from your divine self.
Just open up to it.
Just imagine you are breathing in and opening it up ready to receive.
Now feel into a sense of newness,
Of aliveness,
Of having no story,
Of having no past,
Of having no future.
And for a moment just be here now as if for the first time.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Letting go.
Giving back to the inner-earth.
Take another breath in.
Taking in,
Gathering,
Assimilating.
And then breathe out.
Breathing out,
Giving back and expanding the universe through your exhalation.
And from this neutral point,
What resonates for you?
What aligns with you?
What feels the most alive?
An act?
Is it an image?
Or is it just a feeling?
Or just an attitude in general?
Maybe it's gratitude.
Which attitude do you prefer?
Do you prefer the attitude of the victim?
Do you prefer that feeling?
Or do you prefer the feeling of gratitude and the connection that it gives you?
And the joy that it gives you?
Even if your circumstances suggest that you should be suffering right now,
Feel how you define your reality to be in this moment,
Right now.
Your state of being.
Your belief about this moment.
Embrace the fact that your well-being is your own choice to feel well-being.
Say to yourself,
I can feel whatever I want to feel when I want to feel it.
Surrender your thoughts.
Give them back to life.
Let them go.
Physical reality is but a mirror to your state of being.
Know that circumstances do not create your experience.
State of being creates your experience.
And it creates your circumstances or the illusion of them.
Now listen once again.
Listen to that voice inside of you.
What is it saying?
Feel the connection and listen.
Just open yourself up to hearing the voice within.
That intuition.
That inspiration.
Allow the light within.
The power of the divine self to move through any thoughts that have stood in your way of bringing into physical reality your greatest desires.
Allowing the truth to be revealed.
That what you desire already exists.
Allow these thoughts to be released from you so you are releasing all interference.
Allow the essence of who you are to offer you what you need in every moment.
A deeper realization of who you are is being born now.
Claim your power now.
Say to yourself,
I claim my spiritual power.
Claim that you won't let anything outside of you,
Any situation to master you.
And that the power within you can be the master over it.
Claim it.
Declare it.
Know that the infinite within you is also infinite power.
Feel that infinite power within you.
Within your light.
That connection to consciousness.
And now that you start to come back into the room,
Filled with gratitude for all that lies within you.
And all that lies ahead of you.
Allow yourself to come back into the room.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Open your eyes.
