This short-form Body Scan offers a doorway to embodying the moment by feeling into ourselves with curiosity and compassion, allowing us to expand our relationship with the body. As we move through the Body Scan, sounds will arise in our environment, thoughts will move through the mind, or we may experience emotional weather. The practice is to notice the pull of the distraction and choose to redirect awareness back to the body scan, allowing the coming and going to be part of the practice.
