Absolutely wonderful thank you, in so many ways I am looked after and cared for by family & friends but often feel I have no time or opportunity to do the things I want and even need to do like stop doing so much housework etc and get out for a walk even if just for half an hour or so
I am truly grateful for this practice and will bring it into my life
