Tara Skipp

Tara is a therapist, mindfulness teacher, and wellbeing educator dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves, align with natural rhythms, and cultivate a more intentional, embodied way of living. Her approach blends evidence-based therapeutic practices with mindfulness, seasonal wisdom, and somatic awareness to support greater attunement and self-connection. Through mindfulness practices, contemplative guidance, yin yoga, seasonal courses, women’s circles, and tea ceremonies, Tara creates nourishing spaces for rest, reflection, and renewal. Whether through a simple breath, a mindful sip of tea, or a deep somatic practice, her teachings invite a return to presence, self-compassion, and an authentic sense of self. Living on Larrakia Country in the Northern Territory of Australia with her husband and three daughters, Tara holds a Master of Counselling, a Graduate Certificate in Teaching Meditation, a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and is a certified Tea Master. Her work is rooted in trauma-informed, inclusive practices that honour the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
