So as we meditate on planting seeds of love instead of giving in to fear,
We'll start by connecting into the breath.
We'll start by connecting into presence.
So you can have your hands on your heart and your belly,
Or just rest them softly in your lap.
And just notice the sound of the Koshi chime.
Begin to let your breath deepen and slow.
Feeling the sensation of breath moving through the body.
I invite you in this moment to consider a person who really loves you.
Someone who cares for you.
Someone who wants to see you thrive and flourish.
Someone who's a cheerleader for you.
And if you can't think of anyone,
You can think of a greater being,
A benevolent person who wants to see that for you and for all beings.
So calling this person to mind and just envision them in front of you and see the details,
The smile lines on their face,
The way they smell,
The clothes that they're wearing,
Whatever beautiful location you want to be together in.
And just see this person loving you.
So look into their eyes and see them smiling at you.
See them here,
Caring,
Loving.
Notice the hand on your heart.
How does it feel to receive love?
Unconditional.
You don't have to do anything to earn this love.
You can simply receive it.
So see if your heart can open even a tiny bit more to receive this reflection of your own goodness and your own worthiness.
And let this love be a healing balm in your soul as it touches into your true nature.
A being of love,
Naturally,
Purely good at the core of your being.
Touching in to this place of your true nature as you look into the eyes of this person who loves you and just continue receiving a steady stream of love.
Hmm.
And choosing in this moment to reciprocate this love,
Letting yourself radiate it out now back to your loved one in your mind's eye,
Looking into their eyes,
Smiling at them,
And seeing their goodness.
Seeing all the unique qualities that make them perfectly who they are and seeing deep down into their heart,
Their soul,
The place where their goodness resides and offering them loving kindness simply through your eyes.
Really seeing them,
Letting them know they are seen,
They are appreciated,
They are loved,
They are known.
And taking this love that you're radiating out to one person and extending it out to all beings.
May all beings be free from fear.
May all beings be safe from harm.
May all beings be healthy and well.
May all beings remember that they are loved and they are loved.
Feeling into your body and as you breathe in,
Let the sensations of loving kindness fill you up and as you breathe out,
Let them radiate out through every cell of your body into the room and out into the world.
And to finish this meditation,
I invite you to wrap yourself up in a hug.
Just wrapping your arms around yourself and seeing,
Knowing,
Feeling how loved you are,
How much love you have to offer in your physical body and your mind from that place deep inside of yourself where you are just love.
So giving yourself a big squeeze and then when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
