Good morning and thank you for joining me for this morning's Centering Prayer Meditation.
From the abundance of the heart,
The mouth speaks.
We often believe that we speak from our intellect or our wisdom,
But the foundation of all of the things that we speak is our heart.
In Centering Prayer today,
We want to remember that our Heavenly Father has given us fruit that will allow our hearts to reflect His heart.
Love,
Joy,
Peace,
Patience,
Kindness,
Goodness,
Faithfulness,
Gentleness,
And self-control are all fruits of the Spirit that the Father has given us.
Today,
We will rest in the fruits that we have been given so that from the abundance of our heart,
Our mouths will speak.
So today,
Let our Centering Prayer be.
May the abundance of my heart reflect the abundance of your heart,
Lord.
May the abundance of my heart reflect the abundance of your heart,
Lord.
May the abundance of my heart reflect the abundance of your heart,
Lord.
Let's rest in that for a few moments.
May the abundance of my heart reflect the abundance of your heart,
Lord.
Carry this Centering Prayer with you throughout the day,
And in all you do,
Do it in love.
