You'll create the perfect conditions for lasting change by relaxing the body and quieting the mind,
And through guided imagery and positive suggestions,

Vibrant and in control.
Each time you listen,

Helping you eat more mindfully,
Feel more confident and move through life with ease and clarity.

To create the life and physique you desire,
You must first allow yourself to envision it.
If you can see it clearly in your mind's eye,
You can begin to live it in your body and your daily life.
And tonight,

Within your imagination are the seeds of deep transformation,
And as we nurture those seeds tonight within your higher mind,
They will begin to take shape,
Rippling outward into your choices,
Your habit,
Your body and your life.
I'd like you to start to settle yourself into a comfortable position.
Make any adjustments so that you are cozy and supported.
And if you haven't already,
Gently close down your eyes.
Now just take a moment to notice the rhythm of your breath.
Like waves gently rolling onto the shore,
Your breath flows in and flows out.
And if it feels good to you,
Go ahead and release a soft sigh on the exhale.
That's right.
Letting go of any tension or pressure.
As we take a few moments to completely relax the physical body.
Begin by bringing your awareness to the soles of your feet.
Let both feet relax.
Releasing fully.
Move through your ankle.
Letting both knees sink deeply into breath.
Your whole lower body is letting go.
Now allow that sense of ease to rise into your hips.
And pelvic area.
Let the belly soften.
Let the lower back melt.
Letting go.
Now let your shoulders drop and release.
Feel that wave of relaxation travel down through your arms.
All the way down to your fingertips.
Now gently bring awareness to your neck.
Relax your cheeks.
Soften your forehead.
Allow the space behind your eyes to settle into stillness.
Even your thoughts.
Begin to slow.
There's nothing you need to figure out right now.
Think to pause.
Plan or solve.
Just openness.
Just presence.
So take a deep breath into the fullness of your body.
And sigh it out.
Allowing your whole being to settle even more deeply.

Begin to conjure the image of a beautiful,

You find yourself sitting peacefully in a soft meadow nestled high in the Swiss Alps.
It's dusk in summertime and the last golden light of the day glows over the peaks in the distance.
You are wrapped in peace,
Supported and held in this moment of such beauty.
You can hear the soft trickle of a crystal clear mountain stream nearby.
The water moves effortlessly over smooth stone.
Cleansing.
Renewing.
As it flows,
You imagine it washing away anything that no longer serves you.
Old stories,
Old habits,
Old heaviness,
Carried far away,
Never needing to return.
The air is crisp and pure.
You breathe in the scent of tall green pine trees swaying gently in the breeze.
There's something new in the air.
A quiet sense of anticipation.
You feel it in your heart.
Flicker of possibility.
A change of freedom.
Further down the valley,
Soft lights from distant alpine cabins glow gently.
From where you sit,
You can see it all,
And within you,
A steady sense of freedom.
Readiness is rising.
You are preparing to step into something new.
As you gaze up at the night sky,
The stars are shimmering more brightly than ever.
The whole cosmos seems to be leaning in,
As if encouraging you.
And in this vast,
Star-filled stillness,
You sense your own potential more clearly than ever before.
You realize now that the past does not define you.
You are not stuck.
You are not limited.
And the future is open to you.
And then,
Just ahead of you in the meadow,
You notice a soft golden light.
You begin to walk towards it,
Slowly and mindfully,
Step by step across the grass.
With each step,
You feel your body relax more deeply.

Freer,
Full of possibility.
And as you draw nearer,
You see that the golden light is coming from a glowing doorway.

This doorway leads to the habits,

There is nothing to force here,

It's easy now.
And when you're ready,
I want you to imagine yourself stepping into this version of you,
Merging with your ideal self.
See through their eyes.
Feel what they feel.
