Tansy's career began in education as a secondary school teacher with a keen interest in teaching Social Sciences. Over the course of a decade, Tansy advanced to the position of Head of Department while pursuing a master's degree in Sociology, focusing on understanding individual and group motivation. On the surface, both her career and personal life appeared perfect, but internally, Tansy faced significant challenges. Balancing the demands of a successful career alongside family and financial responsibilities became increasingly overwhelming. This stress and pressure resulted in panic attacks, pervasive fear, and worry. These experiences gradually took a toll on her health and strained relationships, leading to feelings of being trapped and frustrated. Tansy developed some unhealthy coping mechanisms, often using food and alcohol as a way to deal with these uncomfortable emotions. After various unsuccessful attempts at finding a solution, Tansy turned to hypnotherapy as an alternative. Hypnosis has proved to be a life-changing experience and has retrained both Tansy's body and mind, fostering a much-improved self-perception. Hypnotherapy brought about a transformation in how she viewed herself, inspiring her to share this approach with others.
