In the Twin Flame Journey,
The soul recognition can feel intense.
It activates deep layers within you.
Attachment,

Attention becomes fixed.
Energy gets scattered and you may feel disconnected from yourself.

This practice is here to bring your energy back to its source.

So making yourself comfortable,
Close your eyes and begin to breathe slowly.
Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.
Come back into your center,
Into your body.
Again,
Inhale and exhale.
Let your body settle.
Feel the ground beneath you and allow your system to soften.
Now imagine roots extending from your body deep into the earth.
You are stable,
Grounded,
Supported and safe.
Then imagine a soft light above your head.
This light gently enters through the crown of your head and slowly flows down through your face,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your belly,
Filling your entire being.
You are being filled with a calm,
Living light.
Now observe your connection with your twin flame without forcing anything,
Simply in presence.
Notice what arises within you.
Remember that everything is energy,
Thoughts,
Emotions,
Attention.
When your mind becomes fixated outside of yourself,
Your energy becomes scattered.
So if you recognize obsession,
Lack or emotional dependency,
This is not a mistake,
It is a signal.
A deeper wound is being revealed.
The fear of not having enough.
The fear of not being enough.
The fear of abandonment.
And the belief that something outside of you can fill this inner space.
But what you are looking for has never truly been outside of you.
Now visualize your energy connected to this person.
Simply observe.
And in this moment,
Make an inner choice.
I take my energy back.
With every inhale,
You return to yourself.
With every exhale,
You gently withdraw your attention from the outside.
So inhale,
I come back to myself.
Exhale,
I let go and stay with myself.
The image of the other may fade or remain,
It doesn't matter.
You are the one coming home.
I reclaim my energy.
I reclaim my attention.
I reclaim my presence.
I reclaim my power.
I come back into my body.

You can sense that what you were seeking outside was always an attempt to reconnect with something already within you.

But something to be recognized.
To be seen.

There is a richness within you.
A presence.
A depth.
A sensitivity.
A value.
Something already alive inside you.

Your perception begins to shift.
An inner seeing.
A way of relating to yourself with more softness.
More acceptance.
You begin to meet yourself differently.
Not through lack.
But through what is already here.
And in this new way of seeing,
Something relaxes.
You no longer need to chase life outside of yourself in order to feel whole.
You can begin to stay with yourself.
And realize that staying with yourself is not a burden.
It is a choice.
A space.
A form of love.
You may even realize something very simple.
You are worthy of being chosen.
But first,
Chosen by yourself.
Chosen in your presence.
In your attention.
In your respect.
A new decision to no longer abandon yourself.
And in this choice,
Something aligns.
Less dependency.
More presence.
