Tammy Lawrence-Cymbalisty, B.A., owner of TLC Services, is a certified yoga and meditation teacher based in the Waterloo Region. Practicing meditation since 1986, she specializes in yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques that support students emotionally, spiritually, and physically. She brings deep compassion and care to her teaching, helping students discover calm, presence, and greater well-being through yoga, meditation, creative exploration, and healing modalities. Her approach includes gentle creative practices to support mindfulness.
