Hello and welcome to today's meditation practice.
This meditation was created to ground and connect to the earth element and to come back to balance.
The earth plays an important part in our physical,
Mental and emotional well-being.
And when disrupted,
We become imbalanced.
We may feel a sense of heightened emotions,
A sense of lack and instability.
Keep this in mind as you go through this process of meditation.
If thoughts or feelings arise,
Use your breath as the guide to anchor you back into the earth's vibrational support.
I now invite you to find a comfortable position.
Gently close the eyes.
Rest your palms face down.
Breathe in and exhale out,
Settling into this breath.
Giving your mind and body space to settle and become quiet.
And start to bring your attention inward as you continue to focus on your breath.
Beginning to slow your breath down.
Now become aware of the crown of your head.
Begin to scan your body,
Starting the crown and mindfully moving down the entire body into your face,
Shoulders,
Into the belly,
Pelvis,
Down the legs,
Until you finally come into your toe tips.
Just rest,
Feeling this complete relaxation in the body and mind.
You begin to notice the vibration sensation in the part of your body that is connected to the earth.
Feeling this deep sense of magnetic pull,
And this is the earth's vibration of support.
Remembering if thoughts arise as they naturally will.
Use your breath as the guide to anchor you back into this vibrational support.
And expanding your breath as you become more absorbed in this vibration support.
And if you can relax or surrender a little more.
And stay with your natural flow of breath,
Guiding you,
Anchoring you.
And surrender a little more into the earth.
Noticing this deep sense of grounding and feeling nurtured.
And expand your breath a little more.
Stay aware and present of this feeling.
Earthed and balanced.
Steady.
And now take another deep breath in through your nose and out through the mouth.
Feeling that very deep sense of support.
Begin to come back to your space.
Be aware of your surroundings.
Aware of your physical body.
Feeling a deep sense of wholeness and peace with all of life.
Your physical,
Mental,
And emotional well-being are restored.
And now place your right hand over your heart and your left hand over the back of your right palm.
Feeling this warmth right in your heart.
And may you take this feeling,
This deep sense of wholeness and peace with all of life throughout your day.
Extending it out into the world.
