Hi,

This is Tamara,

MindBodyNow,

Here with a meditation to help you fall asleep and manifest your goals.

So let's begin.

I'll invite you to set your environment,

Dim the lights,

Take a warm shower or bath,

Or even just splash warm water on your face.

Put on comfortable clothing,

Cool the room,

And set yourself with your most comfortable pillow and blankets.

Remove your glasses if you wear them,

And set the phone aside.

Just listen to my voice.

It's time to go to sleep.

Allow your eyes to lightly close.

As you begin,

A gentle rhythm of breath,

An equal inhale to exhale,

Long and deep.

Each time you exhale,

Allow a sense of softness to wash over you,

A heaviness,

A grounding,

Putting your body in position to soon drift off to sleep.

Now our mind is very powerful,

And all of us have experienced what happens when you plant seeds in your mind.

They can grow,

And the mind doesn't care if the seeds bring forth something negative or if they blossom into something positive.

So with this sleep meditation for manifestation,

I would encourage you,

Right here and now,

To begin planting seeds that are positive,

And to do so with confidence that if you have the true desire that you can manifest.

You don't even need to think about how to get from point A to point B.

You just need to know in your heart what point B looks like,

Smells like,

Tastes like.

Who is there?

How do you feel in this experience?

So just as we're letting our bodies settle and become heavy,

I encourage you to let your mind move into the various areas of your life and decide what you want.

You don't need to decide what's realistic.

You are a powerful being of light.

We all are rockets of desire.

Continue to breathe deep and explore the sights,

The sounds of your dreams already realized in as many areas of your life as you desire change.

We are breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.

Unless we have a stuffy nose,

Then of course,

Your mouth is available,

But otherwise,

Continuing to allow the body to separate from the mind,

Putting it into park,

To rest,

And the way this manifesting works is just as simple as wanting coupled with action.

So when you wake tomorrow and the next day and the day after that,

You'll make choices and from within,

You'll be guided toward your goals,

Choices,

Decisions that move you in that positive direction,

The right direction.

So action with intention equals manifestation,

But don't get mired in the details.

Instead of running toward a goal,

The goal exists and you fill in what needs to be done to arrive,

Bringing it to you.

The body's getting heavier now and the breathing slows a little more.

Gentle music like this is a wonderful backdrop to help us fall asleep.

Just as long as you have the energy to do so,

Continue to move your mind toward different areas of your life to experience either the gratitude of what you've achieved so far or to see your rocket of desire in what you want to manifest.

Allow your subconscious mind to take these seeds into the night,

Into your sleep so that your conscious actions when you wake again tomorrow and the day after that will be in alignment with what you want.

Allow yourself to feel peaceful,

To experience sensations of joy,

Happiness,

Light,

Color,

Sound,

And your body will tell you when it's ready to wind down from it all and regenerate,

To restore and renew.

I've left you with a long runway of music to support you in the rest of this meditation,

Which will be silent without my voice.

Let it move to your voice,

That voice inside your head that tonight is fully supportive of your future and best possible outcome in as many areas of your life as you desire.

I hope you have a wonderful night's sleep and awake refreshed tomorrow.
