Come into a comfortable seated position.

Sit up straight and tall.

Bring the palms of your hands face down onto the tops of your thighs.

And let your eyes come to a close.

Pull your shoulder blades down your back to open up your chest.

Begin to settle in.

Draw your awareness to your breath.

Deepening your inhales and your exhales in and out through your nose.

On every inhale,

Breathing in deeply and on every exhale,

Breathing out completely.

You have nowhere else to be.

You are giving yourself the gift of time,

Of relaxation,

Of peace.

On every inhale,

Watch your breath.

Where does it go?

Is it living in your chest?

Or are you breathing in deeply enough to fill your lungs,

To expand your rib cage and to fill up your belly?

Start to consciously deepen your breath.

Breathing in deeply and breathing out completely.

Notice how your body is feeling right now.

Bring your awareness to the root of your spine.

Imagine that there is a force connecting the root of your spine downwards to the center of the earth.

Ground down with the support of this force and feel rooted,

Strong and powerful.

Breathe into the space at the base of your spine.

Now draw your awareness to your belly.

Breathing in and out.

Feeling the space in your belly with a warm glow,

Feeling confident,

Feeling empowered.

Know that you are worthy.

Now bring your hands to your heart.

Letting your chest rise and fall beneath your hands alongside your breath.

You are loved.

You are whole and complete.

You are perfect.

Breathe into your heart space and fill that space with light.

Trust that you are exactly where you need to be and know that there is so much more to come.

Now speak to your heart.

Ask your heart,

What do you have to tell me?

Notice what comes up.

Tell your heart,

I am open to listening.

I am on your side.

Please guide me.

Ask your heart,

What else do you have to say?

Thank you heart.

Now bring your palms back to your thighs and open up your throat space,

Tilting your head back just slightly.

Your voice matters.

What do you have to say?

What is your truth?

Whatever is holding you back from speaking that truth,

Just breathe into it.

Just let that go.

You are here for a reason.

You have something to say.

Your voice matters.

Now bring your palms together and place them over your third eye center in prayer position.

Continuing to breathe in deeply and breathe out completely.

Know that you are always connected to something greater.

You are guided.

You are guided by your heart.

You are guided by your truth.

And you are guided by your soul.

Consciously invite in your soul.

Open yourself up to create a relationship with your soul,

With your authentic self,

With your true self,

With your intuition.

With your hands on your third eye,

Open up to the messages that your soul has for you.

Invite your soul in.

Welcome her.

Know that she is always there.

Bring your hands back down to your thighs.

Now ask your soul,

Who are you?

What is your name?

What message do you have for me?

Ask what comes up for you.

Might be thoughts.

It might be a message.

It might be a feeling.

It might be a color.

It might be nothing.

Stay connected and just breathe with your soul.

Know that you are one.

She is always guiding you.

Dance with your soul.

Ask her for guidance.

Ask her to speak to you.

Tell her you are open to hearing her.

When you are ready,

Thank your soul.

Thank your throat.

Thank your heart for showing up for you in this moment.

And know that you can always come back here,

Come back home to your soul self,

Your true self,

Your authentic self.

This space is always within you and you can return at any time.

You are worthy.

You are guided.

You are complete.

Your voice matters.

You got this.

You are supported.

You are in charge of your own reality.

You can be whoever you want to be.

It is a new day.

It is a new moment.

It is a new breath.

Honor it.

Fill yourself with gratitude for this moment,

For your body,

For your mind,

For your voice,

For your heart,

For your soul.

And as you go about your day,

Your soul is with you.

Wherever you go,

Your heart is there.

Stay here as long as you like,

Starting to bring movement into your fingers and toes.

Turning your head from side to side.

Taking a couple deep breaths and stretching like it's first thing in the morning.

Because it is.

It's a new beginning.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.
