Welcome to this focused two-round EFT tapping session to cultivate kindness.
So make sure you're nice and comfortable where you're sitting and we're going to begin with a nice deep breath in through the nose.
Nice big inhale.
And then slowly out through the mouth in your own time and in your own way.
And then we're going to move straight to the eyebrow point today.
So you're just tapping gently,
Repeating what I say,
Either out loud or in your mind.
Tapping on the eyebrow point The world could use more kindness.
The world could use more kindness.
Side of the eye.
Maybe I can be the reason someone smiles today.
Under the eye.
A small act of care can ripple out so wide and far.
So maybe as we tap here,
You'd like to think of a specific person.
You could reach out to today by a phone call,
A text or a message.
Just to show them that you're thinking of them.
And that you care So just bring that person to mind.
Well done.
Under the nose.
I don't have to do something big.
Just something sincere.
Right from the heart.
10 points.
Even a kind word can really change someone's whole day.
And I'm sure you can think of those times yourself.
So maybe even those simple little compliments on an outfit or just a simple,
Oh,
I appreciate you doing that for me.
To a friend.
Collarbone points.
I choose to lead with empathy and understanding.
Under the arm.
Kindness is so powerful and I choose to share it.
So think about how you can really make kindness part of your daily values to uphold.
If you held that in your heart and mind every day,
Kindness.
Being kind,
Giving kindness,
Receiving kindness.
Top of the head and I remember to offer a little of that kindness to myself too.
Reminding yourself that you deserve kindness just as much as anybody else.
Kindness inwards,
Kindness outwards.
Back to the eyebrow point.
I release the need to be right.
And choose to be kind instead.
Side of the eye my calm kind presence can be a comfort to others More than you know,
Actually.
Under the eye,
I am choosing to be more patient today.
Under the nose and I notice the small opportunities to help.
That I usually might miss.
So that might be things like holding a door open for someone.
A warm thank you.
Just a moment of really true listening.
All these things really represent kindness.
Chin points Giving kindness,
Cultivating kindness.
It feels really good in my body.
So you might notice a warmth or a glow in your heart as you tap.
And say that one again,
Giving kindness feels good in my own body.
Like a little light coming from the heart.
That shows in your eyes.
Collarbone points.
I'm part of a global chain of kindness and compassion.
So just thinking really about how your kindness can really spread out into the world,
How far it can travel.
Under the arm,
I trust that small acts of kindness are enough.
Top of the head.
I'm leading with kindness.
Starting with me.
Inwards,
Outwards.
So repeat that one again.
I'm leading with kindness.
Starting with me.
And that's what you've done by tapping today.
Okay,
Well done.
Stop tapping there.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
Blowing out kindness into the world as you do so.
So just take a moment to notice how your body feels.
Maybe you've already thought of a way that you would like to be kinder to yourself or others today.
But if not,
That's okay.
Trust that it will come all in good time.
So you don't need to do kindness perfectly or do anything really grand.
Just let that natural kindness kind of lead the way as you go about your day to day.
And remember,
Even the smallest act of kindness can make such a big difference to somebody's day.
Thank you for tapping with me today.
Take care.
