Welcome to this EFT tapping meditation to help you to reconnect with who you really are through that seed of consciousness.
So beneath the kind of busy mind,
All the roles that you play,
All the hats that you wear,
And all the weight of the world that we carry,
There is a part of you that is so pure and grounded and true.
And this session is really an invitation to make that connection again,
To reconnect,
To kind of go back to that place,
Go back to that seed,
And really feel that knowing in your body and your bones and your cells,
To really remember who you really are.
So get yourself nice and comfortable where you're sitting and we're going to begin with a grounding breath.
So breathing in through the nose.
Coming into this space.
And exhaling when you're ready.
Just softening a little on that exhale.
Well done.
And then tapping on the side of the hand.
So you're going to be repeating what I say,
Either in your mind or out loud,
Reminding yourself that by tapping along with me,
You agree to take full responsibility for your own health and well-being.
We're going to do a couple of rounds of tapping followed by visualisation,
Meditation and then we're going to finish with tapping at the end.
Even though I've been living mostly on the surface of my life.
Caught up in the doing and the busyness.
I'm willing to go deeper today.
Even though I've sometimes felt disconnected from myself.
Like something's gone quiet or feels missing.
I honour that feeling and I'm here now.
Even though I don't always remember who I am beneath it all.
I choose to deeply and completely.
Love and accept myself.
Well done so moving to the eyebrow points.
I've been living up here in my head.
Side of the eye.
Spinning plates.
Planning,
Reacting.
Under the eye caught up in the currents of life.
Under the nose and there's always something tugging at me.
Chin points.
And I've drifted.
I've lost the thread.
Collarbone point,
That thread that leads me back to myself.
Under the arm and I've been so busy being everything to everyone.
So tiring.
Top of the head.
I've forgotten to come home to me.
Who I really am.
Back to the eyebrow points.
And so much has settled in me.
Side of the eye.
Other people's voices.
Stories.
Beliefs,
Views.
Under the eye,
Wounds that I've been carrying since I can't remember when.
Under the nose,
Things that were never even mine to begin with.

I took them on.
I carried them.
I wore them.
Collarbone points and I slowly mistook them for my own.
Under the arm.
But I am not the beliefs or stories or anything that others have imposed upon me.
Top of the head,
Beneath every single one of them.
I was still here.
I am still here.
Well done.
Okay,
So we're going to go into the meditation now.
So we're going to kind of go a bit deeper here.
You don't need to tap or repeat anything out loud.
You just need to listen to my words.
You can have your hands just resting in your lap or by your side,
Or if you do prefer to keep your hands busy,
You might like to just tap softly on the collarbone point.
Whatever you choose is just perfect.
So make sure that you're really comfortable,
You might want to just lean back in your chair.
Close your eyes if that feels safe and comfortable to do so.
If not,
Just soften your gaze,
Let your eyelids rest.
And just begin to feel the weight of your body.
We really feel the weight of it,
The weight of your legs.
Your hips kind of heavy and wide,
Really surrendering to the ground or the chair beneath you.
Just notice your body being held and supported in this space.
Without any effort,
Without any conditions.
Just a body being here right now.
So let yourself be supported in this moment,
Breathing softly.
Relaxing your body.
And then bringing your attention to the soles of your feet.
And just imagine that from the soles of your feet,
Tiny little roots are beginning to grow.
Really slowly and quietly.
Beginning to ground you.
These tiny brown tendrils kind of reaching out,
Being all curious and alive,
Probing the air.
Yet instinctively they know exactly where they need to go.
So they start just pressing down into the floor.
Through the foundations of the building.
And down into the cool dark earth beneath you.
These roots are so special because they are ancient roots.
And they don't rush.
They simply know where to go.
They know what to do.
So feel them moving deeper now,
Making their way down through layers of soil as they start to grow thicker and stronger.
Making their way through stone.
Through clay,
Through everything that's ever been.
And these roots remember something that your mind has forgotten.
They carry the intelligence of the Earth itself.
And the roots are going down deeper still,
Growing stronger and stronger,
Moving down past all the noise of the surface world.
Past all the doing and the busyness and the noise.
Past the versions of you that learn to perform or protect.
People please.
Down through everything.
Deeper and deeper.
See the roots.
Grounding you.
And then somewhere down there,
Right at the very end of these roots,
In the dark,
Quiet centre of everything.
There's something glowing.
It's a seed.
It's your seed.
Just notice your seed.
So small.
And yet.
Is extraordinary.
You know,
There's something so special about it.
And it's the purest distillation of who you actually are before anyone told you how to be.
Before life left its marks.
Before you learn to shrink.
Or armour,
Or over-explain yourself.
And that seed has been here the entire time.
It never wins anywhere.
And it was never damaged.
It was never lost.
It was just waiting.
It was waiting for you to reconnect.
So let your roots now begin to gently wrap around the seed.
Feel it.
Feel the seed.
Even if you can only sense a really faintest warmth or the slightest pulse.
Or energy.
That's it,
That's you.
This real,
Powerful,
Unbreakable you.
So breathe it in,
Breathe in this seed of consciousness.
And as you exhale,
Invite this energy to travel back up through the roots,
This knowing of who you are.
This sensuality,
This power,
This essence that is purely and completely yours.
Feel it rising up now,
Vibrant and joyful,
Almost eager to return to you.
So bring it up through your feet,
Through your legs,
Into your pelvis.
Your tummy,
Your heart,
Your throat,
Your mind.
Flooding every single part of you with remembering.
Remembering.
So stay here for a few moments and really enjoy this connection,
This wisdom and this experience.
Well done and then when you're ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back up through the roots,
Back through the earth,
Back into the room.
Back into your body.
So take some mindful breaths here to reawaken.
You might like to slightly move your fingers and your toes.
And then slowly just shifting your body a little bit to fully awaken.
Well done.
So fully aware now,
Fully energised.
Let's continue with regular tapping.
So eyes open.
Repeating again after me and let's really claim that connection,
Tapping on the eyebrow points.
I remember now.
I remember now.

This is who I am beneath it all.
This is who you are beneath it all.
Under the eye,
Deeply rooted and quietly powerful.
This is who I am.
Under the nose,
No one can take this from me.

No experience has ever touched this place.
Collarbone points.
It's the ground of my being.
The essence of me.
Under the arm and I'm allowed to live from that truth.
Top of the head.
This is my home.
This is my truth.
Okay,
Let's do one more round.
Let's really kind of rise up here and root.
Eyebrow points.
I bring this knowing back with me.
My seed,
My roots.
Side of the eye into my body.
Ends my life.
Under the eye.
The world gets the best of me when I stay rooted in myself.
In my truth.
Under the nose and I can be rooted and open at the same time.

I can be soft and completely unbreakable.
Collarbone points.
And my seed of consciousness is always here.
Under the arm,
I only ever need to return to it.
To reconnect.
Top of the head.
I am the root.
I am the seed.
I am the one who always comes home.
