In this lovely gentle session today.
We're going to be working perhaps to clear some of those energetic blocks that might be getting in the way to really help you reconnect with that spiritual connection or spiritual self.
Shifting away from that kind of fear or doubt into more peace and inner knowing.
Sound good?
Okay let's start then with a nice deep breath in through the nose Nice expansive breath grounding into this space.
And then exhaling when you're ready.
And then tapping on the side of the hand repeating after me either in your mind or out loud.
Feel free to change any words as well.
Even though I sometimes feel disconnected from my spiritual path.
And I wish I could feel more aligned or guided.
I accept how I feel and I honour my intention to reconnect.
Even though part of me struggles to be open or trust.
And maybe part of me is blocked.
Or unworthy or feeling uncertain.
I'm open to finding my way back with compassion.
Even though I don't always feel connected to something greater.
And I wonder why that is,
Like what's wrong with me?
What's in the way?
I deeply and completely love,
Honour and accept myself.
Eyebrow point.
Sometimes I feel so far away from that spiritual connection.
Side of the eye disconnected or like there's something important that that's missing.
Under the eye.
It's hard to trust when I'm doubting or feel uncertain.
Under the nose and I notice this heaviness that comes with this disconnection.
Chin point,
It's like I've lost the thread and I want it back.
Maybe I've been feeling overwhelmed or too distracted to really listen to my inner voice.
Under the arm.
Maybe part of me doesn't feel safe to open up spiritually.
Top of the head,
Maybe I'm not feeling fully worthy of that connection.
Eyebrow point.
Maybe I've been in survival mode for so long.
Side of the eye that I haven't had space for spirituality.
Under the eye.
It's not that I don't want it,
It's just that I've been so exhausted.
Under the nose.
Maybe my body and mind have been protecting me in some way.
Trying to keep me safe from disappointments or failure.
Chimpoint?
So it feels really vulnerable to be open to exploring spirituality.
So just notice that sense of vulnerability of opening.
Kind of pausing and opening.
Collarbone point.
Maybe somewhere along the way I learned that I wasn't spiritual enough.
I wasn't pure enough?
Holy Nuff!
Humble enough?
Under the arm,
Too messy,
Too inconsistent.
Too human?
Top of the head but maybe none of that is actually true.
Eyebrow point.
What if spiritual connection doesn't require perfection?
Side of the eye?
What if I can come back to myself exactly as I am?
Under the eye.
Maybe my doubt has been a doorway,
Not a dead end.
Under the nose,
A sign that I'm longing for something deeper.
Chin points,
Longing for something real,
Something safe.
Collarbone.
I'm allowed to be spiritual and imperfect at the same time.
So let's say that again.
I'm allowed to be spiritual and imperfect.
Under the arm.
I can release the pressure to do it right.
To do spirituality right.
Top of the head and I can just be present with what's here now.
Okay so we're going to do a short meditation here so I invite you to either tap gently on your collarbone points or if you feel more if that feels more comfortable you can just place your hands on your heart center or if your arms are getting a bit tired then just place your hands in your lap whatever you feel is right for you is just perfect.
I'm going to be tapping on my collarbone okay so there's no need to say anything out loud here just listen to my words So closing your eyes or softening your gaze.
And I invite you now to just check back in with yourself.
And thinking about what it would feel like or be like to gently reconnect with your spiritual self.
What would that feel like or be like to reconnect?
To reconnect in a way that really meets your needs.
And that feels safe for you and right for you.
And maybe your spiritual path has its own.
Rhythms or traditions.
Maybe it's less about rules and more about what really nourishes your soul.
So can you really allow yourself the freedom to explore?
To really listen deeply to what your soul or spirit is asking for.
Just letting go of any pressure around it.
Without judging?
Remember not striving or fixing but simply being and receiving.
So over the coming days you can really take time to reflect on this quietly.
Perhaps to notice any signs.
Any synchronicities?
Any gentle nudges?
Just be open-hearted and open-minded to whatever shows up even if it's unexpected or unfamiliar.
Remember you don't have to force this connection.
You can just invite it in.
You can invite it in.
Gently,
Kindly.
In your own time.
And in your own way.
Just feel that gentle possibility of opening and all the ways that it could show up for you.
As being open.
Listening.
Listening to your soul's whispers.
Those quiet messages within your hearts and your spirit.
Trusting that you'll find your way.
And this lovely connection will unfold in its own time.
So just take a moment here to think about.
In what ways you can be open to spirituality.
How can you be open?
Okay,
Well done.
So open your eyes,
Take a deep breath here.
And then gently let it go.
We're going to return now to tapping so again repeating after me so tapping on the eyebrow point we're starting a new round I give myself permission to be held by something greater.
Side of the eye.
I'm connected to something wiser,
Deeper.
And loving.
Under the eye Even when I don't feel it,
That connection is still here.
Under the nose.
It's safe to open my heart again.
It's safe to open my heart again.
Chin point and I trust that my spiritual path will unfold in its own time.
Collarbone point.
I don't have to push,
I just have to listen.
Be open.
Under the arm and I'm learning how to listen and be open.
Top of the head,
It's safe to return to my intuition,
My spirit,
My truth.
Okay so let's just finish up with a nice affirmations round now.
So on the eyebrow point I'm spiritually whole no matter what my life looks like.
Or how busy my mind is.
Side of the eye,
I trust that I'm supported and guided.
Under the eye.
I welcome clarity,
Peace.
And divine alignment.
Divine alignments.
Under the nose.
I'm open to spiritual connection in whatever way feels true.
Good.
I honour my soul's journey with all its twists and turns.
Collarbone.
And even when I doubt,
I still belong.
I still belong.
Under the arm,
I allow my inner wisdom to gently rise within me.
Top of the head,
I'm connected,
I'm guided.
And I'm safe to trust again.
Okay,
Stop tapping there,
Just place your hands on your heart centre,
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in.
And i'll So with your eyes closed here,
Hands on heart,
Just let that sense of connection,
However small it might be,
Just let that settle into your body.
Settle into your heart.
And let that connection grow.
Remember you don't have to force anything,
Just notice.
Do you feel a little more spaciousness?
A little more presence.
Maybe more clarity.
Or just a sense of peace.
That you can let go a little bit.
And just trust.
So just notice what's there.
And then when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Have a little stretch.
And remember,
You know,
Spiritual connection isn't about doing it right.
It's about just coming back to yourself again and again with love,
With compassion.
You're already on the right path.
Just keep walking with kindness.
