Speak to ourselves with compassion and care so tapping on the eyebrow point repeating after me in your mind or out now out loud Oh,
All this stress about money.
It's okay to acknowledge how hard this is.
Remember to breathe.
Side of the eye i feel this tightening in my body in my mind under the eye and when I'm in fight or flight It's really hard to think clearly.
Keep tapping and breathing.
Under the nose.
I know I can't solve things when I feel unsafe.
Chin point so i'm open to calming things down and feeling safer.
I offer myself calm and compassion in this moment.
I'm allowed to pause and regulate before I act So that's what we're doing right here right now through this tapping.
You're taking time to pause,
Regulate yourself.
I know how upsetting it is and how challenging it is when you feel stressed about money.
So what we can do through tapping is just calm our minds and bodies so that they can support us better.
And when we feel more supported and calm,
We can make the decisions we need to make with a sense of clarity and calmness.
Under the arm i allow myself to regulate whenever i need to knowing that tapping really helps me in a gentle and empowering way.

Just take some nice,
Calm,
Gentle breaths.
You can close your eyes if it feels safe to do so.
If you're still feeling activated,
You can just tap gently on your collarbone points.
Just reminding yourself.
That sometimes you need to step away.
Make some time for yourself.
Calm down.
And that will really help you to make any decisions that you need to make about money.
It will help you to look at things in a more calm and confident way.
And it will help you to really regulate that nervous system.
