Welcome to this morning manifesting tapping meditation.
Find a comfortable place to sit,
Somewhere where you won't be disturbed and when you're ready let's begin with a nice breath in and exhale as we ground into this space.
So before we start tapping just place one hand gently on your heart center and notice how you feel right now.
There's no judgment,
Just presence.
We're just being here with ourselves for a moment and I'd love for you to set an intention that this morning through this tapping and meditation you are going to co-create with the universe.
You're not going to chase or force,
You're going to simply open,
Align and allow.
Well done.
Okay let's begin.
So tapping on the side of the hand,
Repeating after me in your mind or out loud and feel free to change any wording if it doesn't quite feel right to you.
Tapping is always better the more specific you are to your particular situation.
Even though part of me wonders if things can really work out for me,
I choose to open to the possibility that they can.
Even though I sometimes feel like I have to push and strive to get anywhere,
I'm willing to release that now and try a different way.
Even though there's part of me that isn't sure that I'm allowed to have what I truly desire,
I choose to love and accept myself anyway and I'm ready to receive.
Okay moving to the eyebrow point.
All this striving,
All this pushing.
Side of the eye,
Like I have to earn and work hard for everything I want.
Under the eye this old pattern of chasing.
Under the nose,
Chasing love,
Chasing money,
Chasing time,
Chasing joy.
Chin points,
But what if I don't have to chase at all?
Collarbone,
What if I can just allow?
Under the arm,
I honour the part of me that's been scared to be hopeful.
Top of the head and today I choose to trust.
Back to the eyebrow points,
Today I'm open to receiving.
Side of the eye,
Receiving more than I can currently imagine.
Under the eye,
I put my desires out there today.
Under the nose,
Clearly,
Lovingly,
Without grasping.
Chin points,
Thinking clearly about what I'd like to manifest.
Collarbone points and as we tap here,
Let's get clear.
So take a moment to really tune in as you tap on the collarbone points.
Close your eyes if that helps or just soften your gaze.
And what is it that you truly want to manifest?
And remember this isn't a vague wish,
This is something specific.
So if you're looking to manifest money,
How much money and what would it feel like to have it?
Maybe you see a check with a certain number on it or an amount in your bank account.
Notice how that feels.
And if you're looking to manifest love,
What might that look like?
Deep connection or more laughter or feeling really seen and appreciated.
And if it's a little more general like manifesting joy or happiness,
What does that look like?
That could be a sense of freedom or adventure or just simplicity.
So really get into the detail of it.
The more specific you are,
The clearer your signal is going to be to the universe.
So I'm going to give you a few moments here.
Just breathe and tap and let it become clear in your mind's eye.
Okay,
Well done.
So I'd love for you to hold a snapshot of that image in your mind and your heart.
And remember,
There's no grasping,
There's just a sense of really being open to this.
It's almost like you're placing this desire onto the wind and trusting that it's going to land where it needs to and it's going to be received where it needs to be received.
Okay,
Well done.
So we're going to return now to our normal tapping round.
So under the arm,
I place this desire out into the universe with love.
I place this desire out into the universe with love.
Top of the head,
I trust it's already on its way to me.
Returning to the brow points.
The universe sees me,
The universe hears me.
Side of the eye,
Maybe it's already responding.
Under the eye,
I don't need to know the how.
Under the nose,
I just need to stay open to the when.
Chin point,
And this is not my timing,
It's divine timing.
Collarbone point,
I surrender to that.
I surrender to that.
I surrender to that.
Under the arm,
I trust the unfolding.
Top of the head,
And I allow it all in.
Repeat that again,
I allow it all in,
To really feel into that opening here.
Open hearted,
Open minded,
Open energy.
What might that look like as you go about your day today?
Being really open,
Open hearted,
Open minded,
Open energy.
Okay,
Wonderful.
So stop tapping there,
Just let your hands rest.
Close your eyes if that feels comfortable,
Just breathing softly here.
Just imagine yourself moving through this day,
Feeling really relaxed,
Open and present.
Knowing that things are flowing,
Knowing there's enough of everything.
There's enough time,
There's enough money,
There's enough love,
There's enough joy.
How does that feel?
Everything is flowing and there's enough.
Feel the universe supporting you,
It's working really quietly on your behalf.
So place both hands on your heart now,
And if you can,
I'd love for you to say this out loud,
We're going to repeat it three times.
So saying out loud,
First of all,
I'm open,
I'm ready,
I trust,
And so it is.

So one more deep breath in now,
All the way down,
Nice big expansive open breath,
And then exhaling,
Letting go,
