Hello and welcome to this meditation,
Freedom Here and Now.
Your true self is unconditional freedom.
And in this meditation,
We will recognize that this unconditional freedom is right here,
Right now.
Let us begin.
You can close your eyes.
Your true self.
Is a space-like presence.
Formulas.
And without any objective qualities.
Notice the space.
Notice that.
This presence.
Your presence has no boundaries.
No center.
As you're aware of space.
Notice how peaceful you feel.
And recognize the freedom that is here.
Right now.
Recognize.
Freedom.
Your run now.
Now become aware of the silence.
Your true self is a silent being.
There is a saying,
Be still and know God.
Knowing silence is knowing your own divinity.
Sounds arise and subside in silence.
But the silence remains untouched.
Notice the silence of your true self.
Keep your awareness only on silence.
As you're aware of silence notice how peaceful you feel Notice the freedom.
Now you are not bound by concepts,
Language.
Labels,
Judgments,
Opinions.
Recognize the freedom.
Here and now.
For the last exploration.
Feel that the entire past,
Your entire past is dropped away.
The roles,
Responsibilities.
The success,
The failure.
And feel that the entire future is dropped away.
The worries,
The hopes.
The desires.
Past is dropped away.
Future is dropped away.
What remains.
Don't touch anything.
Thought is time.
Your true self is beyond space and time.
And not limited by past or future.
And is completely free right here,
Right now.
Notice the freedom.
Urine now.
Your true self is unconditionally free.
You are unconditionally free.
And by recognizing these divine qualities,
You recognize freedom.
And now you can ponder.
Is freedom something that has to be acquired?
To achievements.
Two times.
Or is freedom.
To be recognized here and now.
As your true nature.
Recognizing freedom.
Is like opening the doors of grace.
Recognize that freedom is right here,
Right now.
Recognize it.
Value it.
Be grateful.
You are free.
Here and now.
Keep returning to this recognition.
Thank you.
Namaste.
God bless you.
