Find a quiet,
Comfortable space where you can be fully present.
Sit down with your feet firmly on the ground or lie down,
Letting your body rest completely.
Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your belly with air.
Hold it for a moment and then slowly release it through your mouth.
Let's repeat this together.
Inhale deeply,
Allowing your breath to expand your abdomen.
Hold and exhale completely,
Letting go of tension,
Worry or stress.
One more time.
Breathe in deeply,
Hold and exhale fully.
Feel your body softening with each breath as if you're settling into the earth beneath you.
Let your breath find its natural rhythm now,
Flowing with ease like the gentle rise and fall of ocean waves.
Bring your awareness to your feet.
Feel them rooted to the earth,
Solid and supported.
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Anchoring you deeply to the ground.
These roots are drawing in strength,
Nourishment and stability from the earth.
Slowly move your attention upward through your legs,
Your hips,
Your abdomen.
Pause here for a moment,
Placing your focus on your abdomen,
The center of your body's energy and processing.
Imagine this area glowing with a warm golden light.
This light represents healing,
Balance and vitality.
As you breathe in,
Feel the golden light growing brighter.
And as you exhale,
Let it expand outward,
Filling your entire abdomen and radiating into the rest of your body.
Now let's take a journey inward.
Imagine that you can shrink down to the size of a single cell.
Visualize yourself floating gently through your bloodstream,
Surrounded by millions of shimmering,
Vibrant cells.
Each one is alive,
Working tirelessly to support your health and balance.
And as you flow through your body,
Notice your insulin,
