You are constantly nudged to experience your own existence through the process of thoughts becoming real.
Not being able to experience yourself as intended,
I AM,
Which is that divine spark within all of us,
That I AM presence.
I AM will draw out time and be the cause of some degree of suffering.
This will continue until you are either able to experience yourself as you wish,
Or until you simply accept the truth that right here,
Right now,
You are good enough exactly as you are.
So this idea of experiencing a little bit of suffering,
Or maybe a lot for some people right now,
I'm asking you to double check within yourself.
Is it because you're avoiding who you want to be?
This is a very powerful time of co-creation.
Who do you want to be when we come out of this sheltering in place?
And who are you now,
And can you accept who you are,
And learn and trust and know that you're good enough already,
And there's no efforting on your part that you need to do.
There is no thing you actually need to do except be present with the I AM presence.
So with that said,
Mala's were around,
The ancient Hindu teachings used mala's,
And they are for you to focus on what your prayer is,
Or what your meditation is.
And then those ancient Hindu mala's became mala's that Buddhists used,
Because of course Buddha before he became Buddha was a Hindu.
And then the mala's became rosaries.
Some of them are just phenomenally beautiful and I wear them as everyday jewelry,
But also as a reminder of my time of meditation,
And also the I AM presence that I am.
So what we're going to do,
I will lead us all in this,
Is when you start with a mala,
This is called the Buddha head,
And you start at the bead just to the right of it.
I don't know if it really matters if you go to the right or the left,
But hey,
That's what I'm doing tonight.
And what you do is you come up with a mantra,
And you say the mantra out loud as you touch each bead.
So we're going to say this mantra 108 times everybody,
Alright?
But first let's just anchor into the I AM presence within you,
Alright?
So let's just take a deep breath into the heart space.
Then another breath into the heart space,
Allowing it to open.
Then the next breath,
Allowing your mind to soften,
Allowing the love within you,
Which is that I AM presence,
To just begin to radiate throughout your body,
Throughout your physical body,
Your mental body,
Your emotional body,
Allowing whatever needs to be healed to be healed,
Whatever needs to be released to be released.
Good.
Now I just invite you to sink in to that space,
That heart space,
And just listen with me to the sound of my voice as I say the mantra.
Take the mantra for tonight as I use the beads,
Alright?
