Take some time before you sit down for your next meal to infuse your food with love. This track can be used as either an intention setting or a prayer practice - whichever you connect with more. Simply give yourself some honest time to reflect on all the words, feel the vibration of the energy they hold, and send all of that into your food. Your food is your medicine. Gone are the days when you have to feel guilty about anything you eat... Just sit back and connect to your heart with this short practice.

Softening your gaze to your hands,

Give your mind and body a cleansing deep breath to bring you into this point in space and time.

Continue to focus on your breath as you become aware of your thoughts,

As you become the witness of your thoughts and allow them to pass freely,

Not attaching to any stories and slowing them down with your breath,

Allowing yourself the space to relax into your body,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

You have been blessed with the opportunity today to fuel your body with nutrients.

Whatever it is you are presented with to eat right now can and will benefit your body.

By listening to this short track you will infuse powerful loving energy into the atoms,

Molecules and cells your food is made of.

You will energize the food with more life force and so as your body consumes and assimilates the nutrients you will give yourself more life force.

So take a moment now to gaze at your beautiful food,

Taking in the colors,

The shapes,

The textures,

The smells,

Appreciating what it is in front of you and sending love and gratitude into the mule through your sight.

Now become conscious of your hands and the powerful energy centers in the palms,

Either looking at them or feeling them.

Decide how you would like to use them.

You can put your hands together on your body,

Hold your plate or your bowl or hover your hands over your food.

When you have found what position resonates with you the most you can now drop into the intention setting.

Repeat either out loud or in your head,

Feeling and directing these words from your heart into your food.

May all of the ingredients in this food be positively charged toward my well-being.

May all the fats,

Carbohydrates and proteins in this food be utilized effectively toward a healthy body.

May all the nutrients in this food heal the cells that require healing.

May all the molecules in this food create a clear,

Creative and interesting mind.

May the atoms in this food be fueled with pure life force.

May anything unnecessary or unwanted in this food be completely neutralized and released.

Thank you for this opportunity to eat.

Thank you for this opportunity to connect to my body and connect to life itself.

Thank you for this opportunity to nourish my cells.

May I enjoy this moment for what it is,

No more no less.

May this experience of nourishing my body be balanced.

May this experience of nourishing my body divinely guide me toward my personal growth.

Wonderful! Though abit long but it got me into a better mental state to pray and be more mindful as I charge my food before consumption. I love the prayers were worded and hope there may be a shorter one in future so I can memorise it to use when dining out in future. Thank you again for this! 💙
