Hello and welcome.

I invite you to take these five beautiful moments to pause and soften into stillness and reconnect with yourself as well as your truth.

Allow yourself to come in to the fullness of this moment.

Begin by finding a comfortable and quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

Sit or lie down in a relaxed position,

Placing your hands on your lap or by your sides.

Soften your gaze and close your eyes gently.

Let's begin by taking a few deep breaths to center ourselves.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Filling your lungs with fresh air and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Repeat this a couple of times,

Allowing each breath to bring a sense of relaxation.

Now bring your awareness to your body,

Starting from the top of your head.

Gently scan down through your body.

Notice any areas of tension or tightness.

As you breathe out,

Release any tension,

Allowing it to fully melt away.

Continue scanning down to your forehead,

Your eyes and your jaw.

Soften your facial muscles and let go of any tension in your neck and shoulders.

Feel a warm wave of relaxation flowing down your arms and into your fingertips.

Moving down to your chest,

Take a deep breath and let it fill your lungs.

Feel your chest rise and fall with each breath,

Creating a sense of calm and ease.

Scan down to your abdomen,

Your hips and your thighs.

Release any tension you might be holding in these areas.

Allow your legs to become heavy and relax.

Finally,

Focus on your feet.

Feel the connection between your body and the ground.

Sense the support beneath you.

Pause for a moment here to allow yourself to fully relax.

Shift your attention to your breath.

Notice the natural rhythm of your breathing.

Be aware of the gentle rise and fall of your chest or the sensation of the breath at your nostrils.

As thoughts come and go,

Gently guide your attention back to your breath.

If your mind begins to wander,

That's okay.

Change the thoughts and gently return your focus to the breath.

And take a few moments here for breath awareness.

Now bring to mind something you're grateful for.

It could be a person,

A place,

Or a simple moment.

Allow that feeling of gratitude to fill your heart.

As you continue to breathe,

Think of something positive or uplifting.

Let this positivity flow through your entire being,

Brightening your mind and spirit.

Gently begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Your fingertips.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Take a moment to appreciate this time you've dedicated to yourself.

Carry this sense of calm and relaxation with you as you go about your day.

Thank you so much for joining in this guided meditation.

May you carry a sense of peace with you wherever you go.

Have an amazing day.
