In this guided meditation, connect with your breath and your belly to find grounding and relaxation. Begin by settling into a comfortable position and taking deep breaths. Feel the support of the ground beneath you and let your breath reach your belly. Use the mindful mantras "soft" on each inhale and "belly" on each exhale to invite relaxation and release tension.
