You've done your best today and that is more than enough.
If there were moments you wish had been different,
Release them now.
Forgive yourself with kindness for any words,
Thoughts or actions that didn't align with your heart.
Let it all drift away like clouds floating across a night sky.
You are now entering a space of peace where you can let go completely.
Sleep is your time to restore,
To dream,
To prepare for a beautiful tomorrow.
Now I'll share some gentle affirmations.
You may wish to repeat them silently in your mind,
Or softly out loud,
Or to simply listen to them.
I let go of all stress and tension from today.
I allow myself to rest.
