Coming to a place of stillness.

The in-breath is the invitation of light from the sun and stars into your physical body of bone and blood.
Filling your body,
Bones,
Blood,
Organs,
Systems and cells with the light of the universe.
And on the out-breath release anything that doesn't serve you,
Anything you've picked up from this 3D world,
Purging it,
Sending it back to the universe.
Allowing more space for more of your own soul's light in the physical body.
Following that cycle of breath.
The invitation of light into your energy fields,
All layers and all levels.
Light from the sun and stars.
Anywhere you are holding energy that does not serve you,
Belong to you or align with you on the out-breath,
Purge and release sending it back to the universe,
Back to the light.
Creating more space for more of your own soul's light in your energy fields.
And as you follow that cycle of breath,
I call to now your higher self as a being of light.
To hold you in light.
And to open the gateway to all of your guides and angels working with you,
All stellar races working with you.
And also all ascended beings working within the Law of One from Golden Atlantis.

Surrounded in ruby-red fire.
Feeling these four angelic fires holding you in the horizontal plane.
Let's also call to the vertical plane,
Metatron and Sandefond.
Above you beloved Metatron,
Who brings to you the Christgrid of white gold light.
Descending now to you through the core of our sun.
And also beloved Sandefon below you.
Who holds the crystalline grid of Gaia.
To bring up that ethereal white grid up into your beings.
Six archangels holding you.
Six energies.
And I call on all ascended beings,
Working with the Law of One,
All angels of light connect to the Golden Atlantis to create a sphere of light around you.
To begin to transport you back in time and space.
To a temple in the Golden Age of Atlantis.
Allow the sphere to transport you back in time.
Into a temple and then to slowly dissolve around you.
Just take a moment to feel into the power and light of this temple.
A great space of white and gold marble.
Around the space are four altars.
One in each corner,
Representing the power of the four elements.
An altar of burning incense for air.
An altar with a burning flame for fire.
And also with a bowl holding the element of water.
And an altar containing different rocks and precious crystals for Earth.
Feeling this power of the temple.
And as you look up you notice,
Hanging from the high ceiling,
Above you on golden chains,
Is a great golden metallic winged disc of the sun.
And this winged disc is a sacred image of Golden Atlantis,
Representing the focal point of devotion,
Prayer and meditation for the people of Atlantis.
The symbol represents the power of the One,
As manifest in the dawning,
Rising and setting of the sun.
Feel into this symbol and into this space.
You have spent lifetimes in golden Atlantis.
And in those lifetimes you have developed many abilities,
Gifts and talents.
Perhaps the gift of healing.
Perhaps of channeling.
Perhaps of working magically in ritual.
Just take a moment to feel into the space,
The power of the four elements.
The power of the sun disc above your head.
The power of the earth through the marble floor beneath your feet.
You are in a temple of devotion to the sun.
You are a starseed,
A multidimensional being of light.
You have a connection to the Law of One as practiced in ancient Atlantis.
That law and that spiritual way of life is rising once again on the earth plane.
You are here to remember what you need to remember.

As you sit bathed in these rays.

Take some time to activate what you need to activate here.
As you sit and feel into this radiance through the winged disc.
You may notice it has both a masculine and feminine feel.
Both the masculine and feminine essence.
Perhaps one of these seeks to touch you more powerfully in your energy fields.
Allow the light and higher intelligence through the winged disc to connect with you.
To hold you in light and love.
And to speak with you.
Allow the light and intelligence coming through the great winged disk to reveal something to you concerning your connection to Golden Atlantis.
Perhaps a particular lifetime that holds some relevance to your current lifetime.
Perhaps a gift you developed there that wants to be activated now,
In your current time and space.
Just be open to receive the light from the disc.
Light as information.
Light as a transmission.
A transmission of something important.
Important for you now.
Allow this transmission to continue as it needs to.
And then eventually the transmission decreases in intensity.
The light begins to fade from the great winged disc.
