Cells of the body.
Anywhere you are holding lower frequency energies from the 3D matrix,
From the human collective.
Lighter on the out-breath,
Sending it back to the light,
Back to the universe.
Allowing more space,
More light in your body.
And on the in-breath,
Light into the emotional body,
The field of energy that surrounds and penetrates the physical body.
Anywhere you are holding energy that does not belong to you,
On the out-breath,
Surrender it back to the light,
Back to the universe.
Allowing more space,
More light,
More fluidity in your emotional body.
Let's invite your team and spirit of the highest light and resonance,

Closing off the space.

Diamond white crystalline light up to the feet.

Grounding your whole energy field down into the magnetic core of the earth.

And let's call upon Raphael to touch you in the solar plexus with his crystal wand.

Just allowing that clearing,
