Light tones.
The healing crystal cave.
In this journey I'm going to ask your higher self and your unconscious mind to assist you in connecting with a healing space deep in your being.
So just find a quiet,
Comfortable space where you will feel safe and undisturbed.
Gently close your eyes.
And begin by breathing a little more deeply,
Exhaling and releasing any tension you may be holding on the out-breath.
With each breath,
Allow your body to relax more deeply,
Letting go of any stresses and concerns you may be holding.
I am now choosing to speak directly to your higher self,
The part of you in spirit that is always there supporting you 24-7.
I am also choosing to speak to your unconscious mind,
The part of you that never sleeps,
The part of you that is aware of so much more than your conscious mind.
I ask these parts of your being to prepare a healing space for you now in your inner world.
So just bring your awareness to the centre of your chest.
Imagine you could breathe in starlight and sunlight into the centre of your heart chakra.
As you do this your heart begins to expand with a white gold warming light.
Feel this light expand,
Growing brighter and larger with each inhale.
This light expands to a great protective sphere of white gold light around you.
Just sense this protective light around you now.
This sphere of light gently protecting and holding your energy fields,
And also the light gently flows through your entire being,
Touching and invigorating every muscle,
Organ and cell,
Dissolving anything that needs to be dissolved,
Restoring a greater sense of balance and harmony as you begin this journey,
The journey inwards.
I call your higher self to be with you now,
And your higher self will remain with you during this journey.
Your higher self is here to guide you in your unconscious mind as to what would be most helpful in terms of healing at this time.
So breathing and opening and noticing and allowing this sphere of light to transport you deeper into your inner world.
And we're going to a landscape,
One that will facilitate a great healing this day.
Just allowing the sphere of light to begin to dissolve around you as you gently land,
Revealing an inner rugged landscape.
Perhaps you notice this landscape is familiar,
Of the earth,
Or perhaps of some otherworldly space.
Perhaps you sense the mountains are close by,
Or perhaps further away.
Open your inner senses,
Trusting your first impressions.
And when you are ready,
Reach out and touch something.
As you step into the landscape,
Begin to explore this inner dimension of your being.
You are looking for a particular entrance that goes into one of the mountains.
Go now and find that entrance,
And stand at the entrance,
And look into the mountain,
Into what appears to be a tunnel,
Going deep into the mountain.
Take a step into the tunnel,
And sense a gentle light coming deep within the mountain,
Illuminating and guiding your way.
As you walk into the tunnel,
You notice it bends slowly downwards,
Leading you to the heart of the mountain,
And eventually you step into a vast crystal cave of black and clear crystals.
The roof of the cavern is high above,
Perhaps a few hundred metres above your head.
In the centre of the cavern is a large flat boulder.
Go and find a place to sit on that boulder,
And there allow the healing light of black and clear crystals to begin to ease your heart and mind of anything you've absorbed from the 3D world.
Pulling out and extracting anything of a low vibration you are carrying,
Allow all concerns that have ever troubled you to begin to dissolve in this healing light.
After you have rested in this healing space for a time,
Journey deeper into the mountain,
And you will find another cavern containing crystals of many colours,
Some radiating a rainbow light.
There are many different veins of crystals here,
And each vein of crystal has a particular healing and restorative quality.
Just stand and notice the many different veins of healing crystals here.
Again in the centre of the cavern is a boulder that offers you a space to sit.
Just sit and allow the crystal cave,
Once again to begin to heal what needs to be healed within you.
Allow this crystalline light to go deep into the physical body.
Allow this crystalline light to go deep into the etheric body.
Allow this crystalline light to go deep into the emotional body.
Allow this crystalline light to go deep into the mental body.
Healing anything from this lifetime.
Healing anything you've brought in from other lifetimes.
Healing anything you've absorbed from your bloodlines.
Just take your time here.
Take your time here and when you are ready,
Summon the sphere of light around you.
Coming back to your breath.
Back to your body.
Allowing the sphere of light to bring you back,
When you are ready,
To this world.
Just breathing and coming back.
