Higher Light Decrees are statements or declarations of intention to the Universe. They could be considered as a very focused form of prayer, though they are not here being made to some unknown deity spoken about in some religious text. These are declarations or prayers to Universal Intelligence to which you are intimately connected. These declarations are made to God/Goddess All That is, your Teams in Spirit including your OverSoul, Higher Self, and all helpful Archangels and beings of light. This track is designed to release energies from the past and outgoing year in order to more fully open and activate you to the magical blessings of the new incoming year. "Spirit may this decree now assist me in opening to all new wondrous and magical blessings and miracles possible now for me. So, that new doors may open now within my psyche and then in my reality in this new year. So, that I may fully experience a greater sense of ease, grace, and total flow within a blessed 5D reality...."
