Higher Light Decree: Clearing|Activating The Throat Chakra

This is an extended track. In the second half of the track, the same statements are spoken subliminally. Higher Light Decrees are statements or declarations of intention to the Universe. They could be considered as a very focused form of prayer, though they are made to some unknown deity spoken about in some religious text. These are declarations or prayers to the Universal Intelligence of which you are part. They are made to God/Goddess All That is your Teams in Spirit including your OverSoul, Higher Self, and all helpful Archangels and beings of light. This decree is designed to clear all negative programming and interference to allow for the flourishing of all innate multidimensional gifts that can be activated and brought online in the throat chakra.
