Welcome to this astral light body transmission,
And focusing on the cycle of breath,
Allowing that focus to bring you into the present moment,
Releasing concerns of past and future,
And focusing on your breath,

Is the invitation of light into the physical body,

Blood,

Cells,
Anywhere you are holding 3D energies that do not serve you,

On the out-breath purge and release,
Sending them back to the universe,
Allowing more space in your physical body for more of your own soul's light,
And the in-breath,
Invitation of light into the emotional body,
Anywhere you are holding dense stagnant energies that do not align with you,

Allowing more space for your own soul's light in your emotional body,

Inviting light into the lower mental body,
Light into the mind,

And following that cycle of breath,
Let's call your teams in light and resonance,
Your higher selves from the 6th to the 12th dimension,
Your over-soul,
All guides working with you including inter-dimensional guides,

All stellar races working with you,
All specialist teams including ascension teams,

And let's call the archangels of the horizontal plane,
Beginning in the east with Raphael archangel of air,

The symbol is a crystal wand,

Calling that fire into the space,
To the south is Michael archangel of the element of fire,

The symbol of this angel is a sword of flaming blue light,
The energy is electric blue fire,
Calling that angel and that fire into the space,
To the west is Gabriel archangel of water,
The symbol a silver chalice,
The energy diamond white fire,
Calling that angel and that fire into the space,
To the north is Ariel archangel of earth,
The symbol a golden pentacle,
The energy ruby red fire,

Four archangels,
Four energies and open,
Let's also call to Metatron from the great central Sun,
To bring down the Christ grid,
A fluid field of white gold light down into the earth plane,
Down into the structure around you,
The walls,
Floor,
Ceiling,
Door and windows,
Closing off the space in light,
Let's also call to Sandefon of the crystalline grid of the earth below,
To bring up that grid of ethereal white crystalline light,
Up to the feet,
Up through the legs to the pelvic area,
Up to the heart,
Grounding you into the earth,
Six archangels,
Six energies in the open,
So we begin by connecting your heart to the cosmic Christ grid and the crystalline grid of the earth,
Anchoring both grids into the heart,
Allowing the heart to expand in light,
Through the heart center,
Sending light out into the astral body,
Which is the fourth layer of your aura,
Filling the astral body with light,
Strengthening the astral body,
So it becomes a powerful vehicle for you to travel through the spirit worlds,
The astral body may look like an orb of light,
Or it might begin to resemble your human physical body,
Just allow the astral body to hold you in light,
And I ask the angels and your higher self to create a staircase before you,
A spiral staircase,
Rising up into the heavens,
Up into the night sky,
Millions of stars above you,
The staircase is made of angelic gold light and sparkling starlight,
When you are ready,
Begin to journey up that staircase,
Up into the heavens,
Where you will meet a number of gateways,
Travelling up the staircase in your astral body,
You may feel you are walking or floating,
You come to the first gateway,
A great gateway of light,
At the first gateway,
Receive a waterfall of starlight,
Cleansing your aura,
Cleansing your astral body,
Just receiving a waterfall of starlight,
Cleansing any lower astral energies,
Anything you have picked up in the 3D world,
Releasing it,
Enabling your astral body to feel lighter,
More expansive,
Continue through the gateway,
Ascending up this spiral staircase,
Of angelic gold and sparkling starlight,
You come to a second gateway,
And here you meet a number of angels,
Guides and ascended beings,
Those who walk with you on the earth plane and those who will eventually accompany you when you leave the earth plane,
Just open to whoever wants to meet you at this gateway,
Angels,
Guides or ascended beings,
Also perhaps avatar beings,
Such as the Buddha or Jesus or Christ or Krishna or any other avatar being,
Just feel your connection to these beings,
And then continue onwards up the staircase,
To the third gateway,
This gateway is where you can meet loved ones that you have known in this lifetime,
Those who have passed into spirit worlds,
And perhaps those who will eventually meet you when you leave the earth plane,
Just open to this connection,
Whoever wants to come to greet you,
Feel your connection through your heart to these beings,
These souls,
There is one more gateway,
And this is the gateway where you meet loved ones from beyond this lifetime,
Those souls you have known over many lifetimes,
You can stay at this third gateway,
Or if you wish to journey up the staircase to the fourth gateway,
And if you do so,
Just finding that gateway,
The fourth and final gateway,
Just opening to connect with these beings,
They may seem vaguely familiar somehow,
They may appear as light,
Or in various forms,
Feel yourself held at every gateway by the angels,
Guides and ascended beings,
And when you are ready,
Begin the journey back through the gateways,
Coming back to the first gateway,
That waterfall of starlight,
Again standing under the waterfall,
Before you journey back down to the earth plane,
Coming back,
Allowing the staircase to eventually disappear,
