Astral Light Body Transmission

The Astral Body is not as dense as the physical body; rather, it is composed of a subtle, ethereal substance or energy. The Astral Body is the fourth layer of the aura and is connected to the heart. The Astral Body acts as a bridge between the physical body and the higher, more spiritual aspects of a being. This transmission amplifies the light in the Astral Body, which is a body of light that enables us to travel in different dimensions. When we finally leave this mortal body, our Spirit will travel to the Spirit Worlds in such a Body of Light. In this way, this transmission can also be used as a preparation to leave the physical body. The Astral Body may feel like a field of light, or it may also feel like a lighter version of the physical body.
