To begin by focusing on the breath.
The in-breath is the invitation of light into your being.
And the out-breath is the purging and releasing of any energy that does not belong to you,
Serve you or align with you back to the universe.
And just following that cycle of breath as we invite light into the physical body from the sun and stars around.

Organs,
Systems and cells.
And anywhere you are holding dense energy on the out-breath purge and release,
Sending it back to the light,
Back to the horizon.
Allowing more space for more of your own soul's light in the physical body.
And following that cycle of breath the invitation of light into your energy fields,
All layers and levels,
Etheric,
Emotional,
Lower mental,
Astral and so on.
And anywhere you are holding dense energy on the out-breath purge and release,
Sending it back to the light,
Back to the horizon.
Allowing more space for more of your own soul's light in your energy fields.
And continuing focusing on the breath as I call your teams in spirit of the highest light and resonance,
Your over-soul,
Higher selves from the 6th to the 12th dimension,
All angels and archangels working with you,
All guides including your inter-dimensional guides,
All stellar races working with you,

Archangel of the element of fire,
Archangel of the will.
The symbol this archangel holds in his hands is a sword of flaming blue light.
Around this archangel,
Electric blue fire.
Focusing on the symbol and calling that angel and that fire into the space.
To the west is Gabriel,
Archangel of water,
Archangel of emotions,
Messenger angel.
The symbol this angel holds in their hands is a silver chalice.
The energy around them is diamond white fire.
As you focus on the symbol,
Calling that fire and that angel into the space.
To the north is Uriel,
Archangel of earth,
Archangel of illumination.
The symbol this archangel holds in their hands is a golden pentacle.
The energy around them is ruby red fire.
As you focus on the symbol,
Calling that angel and that fire into the space.
And just breathing and opening and feeling four archangels around you.
Let's call the archangels holding the vertical plane,
Metatron and Sandafon.
Calling first to Metatron from the great central sun of Sirius.
This archangel holds the Christ grid,
Some people call it the Ascension grid.
A fluid field of white gold light,
Calling that angel and that grid of light down into the structure of the building you are in.
Walls,
Floor,
Ceiling,
Door,
Windows around you.
Calling that light down into your energy fields.
Down into your heart.
Allow the Christ grid to merge with all 12 layers and levels of your heart.
And let's call to Sandafon who holds the crystalline grid of Gaia.
Bringing up that grid of ethereal white crystalline light up to the feet.
Up into the space you are in like a rising tide.
Up through your energy fields towards the heart.
Anchoring into the heart all 12 layers and levels.
And just breathing and opening.
Allowing these two grids of light merging in the heart.

Opening the space in your field.
Clearing anywhere you are holding on to any dark memories in your heart and mind that now need to be released.

Clearing and cleansing all shadows that have crept into your heart and mind.

To send a pale golden light into anywhere you have absorbed anxiety and fear from the human collective from others.
Sending this golden light into anywhere that you are generating anxiety and fear in your own being.
Clearing any negative skepticism,
Opinions and judgements you have absorbed from others.
That is creating any negative self-talk in your being.
Sending this golden light into any mental energy that is not yours.
Into any self-sabotaging patterns.
Into anywhere for whatever reason you feel undeserving of success.
Clearing,
Removing,
Dissolving any emotional or mental interference and perceived blocks in the way of you moving forward positively in your life.

To work together to cleanse your being.
To shift your resonance,

Shining a bright light into your sense of self,

Brightening the mind so that all your mental imagery becomes that much brighter.
