Sending them back to the universe,

Allowing more space for more of your own soul's light in the physical body.
And breathing and opening.
The in-breath,
The invitation of light into your energy fields,
All layers and levels.
And the outbreath of purging and releasing of anything you have absorbed in your auric field that does not serve you,
Belong to you or align with you.
Sending it all back to the universe,
Back to the light.
Allowing more of your own soul's light in your energy fields.
And I call your higher self around you,
Holding you.
Holding your energy fields in light.
