Stagnant mental energies,
Or other people's mental energy that does not belong to you,
On the out-breath,
Purge and release,
With your intention,
Sending it back to the light,
Back to the horizon.
Purging it from your field.
Allowing more space in your lower mental body for your own soul's light.

Any programming where you have a fear of persecution by dark forces,

Clear all memory or programming of being killed at the throat by dark forces,
