Anywhere you are holding dense energies,
Crystallised or stagnant energies,

Send it back to the horizon.
Send it back to the light.

Allow more space in the physical body for your own soul's light.
And following that cycle of breath,

Which is a fluid field of energy that surrounds and penetrates the physical body.

Crystallised energies,
In the emotional body that does not serve you,
Especially emotional energy you've picked up from others.

Calling down this angel and the grid of light from the great central sun.
White golden grid down through the stargate of our sun,

Just allowing that grid of light to come down through your field,

I call on the archangels of Andromeda to bring down a column of pearlescent white and rainbow light around you,
Your whole being.
And this column is several feet wide in all directions,

Beginning to form around you and down into the earth,
Down into the crystalline core of the earth,

Just know that this column of light is merging with the crystalline core at its base.
Allowing that column to form into a brilliant light around you,

Protecting you in all dimensions.
And let's ask the archangels to seal the column beneath your feet with a disc of white light from the crystalline core of the earth.
And also the archangels to seal the column of light above your head with a disc of white gold light from the great central sun.
So the column of light forming around you,

Transmitting light codes down through the column of light,
Down into your crown chakra.
Opening the crown to transmissions of light codes from Andromeda,
Expanding your ability to receive and also translate this kind of information into action where necessary.
So even though your conscious mind may or may not know what the light codes are,
Your unconscious mind does and can unpack these codes and present them to the conscious mind as potential action.

Beginning to clear out old survival patterning,

Allowing space for more light into your base chakra,

Just breathing and allowing a clearing in the base of old patterns that somehow you've picked up in the 3D world,
Whether inherited or through conditioning or through other lifetimes.

Allowing a certain synchronisation between crown and base.
Just breathing and opening.
And just feeling this shift.
As the light down through the central channel into the base begins to be directed towards any aspects of your wounded child.
Any aspect that's been traumatised by a lack of love or care or attention or feels hurt in any way.
Just allowing this transmission towards aspects of you that feel wounded or frozen or hurt.
Letting your inner children know that you are loved,
You are embraced in light by the universe.
Just letting the inner children inside you know that you are loved,
You are embraced in light by the universe.
Allowing that transmission to go deep into your psyche.

And just feel this next shift as light is being sent to you,
The child in the womb of your mother.

Letting this aspect know of your psyche that you are loved,
