It’s a beautiful meditation and I thank you. Is there supposed to be the background echo voice repeating the affirmation? It was a bit distracting.

This should recommend headphones for full experience. It’s more like a hypnosis track of positive affirmations, repeating the messages at diminishing volumes. It’s not the type of meditation I normally gravitate to, but i decided to stick with it (I’m fairly new to meditation). It is a bit chaotic in speed - but for someone with ADD, this is exactly what my thoughts spin around like sometimes. Only this is a stream of positive messages that I can focus on while in a sense, memorizing them until they stick. It’s brilliant! Brought up new feelings for me. Will need to return to.
