This series explores the archetypal energies within the 22 cards of the Major Arcana (Tarot). Each card represents a phase of the spiritual journey of the soul. Each track in this series begins with some information concerning one of the archetypes and ends with a meditation to meet and embrace that archetype. The King sits upon a large stone throne, adorned with four rams’ heads (symbolic of his connection with Aries and the planet Mars). In his right hand, is an ankh, the Egyptian symbol of life, in his left is an orb representing the world over which he rules. On his head a golden crown. He wears a red robe, representing power, passion, and vital energy. Underneath it, he wears a suit of armour. His long white beard is symbolic of his age-old wisdom and experience.
