Welcome to this 5D Major Arcana exercise,
The Lovers,
Inner Sacred Union.
The Lovers has two main meanings.
The first concerns either an actual existing romantic relationship or the potential for one that's coming.
The second meaning concerns the inner marriage of your masculine and feminine energies.
And this inner marriage is an important step on the spiritual path.
And this is the focus of this exercise today.
The Lovers reminds you that in this energy the man and woman are naked.
They are both willing to be in their most vulnerable states.
They have learned to open their hearts to one another and share their truest feelings.
The Lovers archetype encourages you to know yourself,
To find balance and harmony within yourself,
To unify all dual forces within you,
All polarities,
All parts that are seemingly in opposition to one another,
In order to create a greater sense of wholeness,
Unification and harmony.
The Lovers speaks about choice,
The choice of who you want to be in this lifetime,
How you connect and relate with others,
On what level.
It's also about what you will and will not stand for.
The Lovers implores you to truly understand yourself,
Your own personal moral code,
What you value in life.
The Lovers is about learning to communicate in your relationships with a new level of authentic raw honesty.
The Lovers tells you to always remember to choose the best version of yourself and to bring that to all your connections with others.
Treat everyone with the heart and presence of a lover.
Finally the Lovers reminds you to hug often and to open to others to hold and hug you.
So breathing and opening,
Connecting to your heart,
Going within,
Closing your eyes.
Remembering your journey to the temple of bright white marble and rainbow crystal where you met the high priest.
He led you and your companions into a private area of the temple that opened into a beautiful garden with high white marble walls.
Here you found a small building that housed the sacred flame.
The building was guarded by a young woman dressed in a robe of red and gold.
Inside the building an altar and on the altar a burning flame.
Remembering the high priest spoke to you,
This is the sacred flame that represents the light in every living being.
This is the flame that represents the light of your soul,
The light of your higher self that eternally guides you forward,
Forward to union with source light,
Source energy.
Remembering you stepped into that flame,
A white flame embraced you,
Reminding you of the light within,
The light that always guides you,
The inner teacher,
The inner guru.
The sacred fire embraces you with a gentle and powerful flame.
As you stand there the high priest invokes an angelic presence into the building to assist in your healing and transformational process.
As the high priest does this you notice the young woman dressed in red and gold enters the building.
The voice of the high priest speaks again in your mind,
The fire will help you find those places of conflict within you so that a new level of healing can begin.
Allow that now.
Remembering any past memories of conflict in relationships,
In family,
In romance,
In work.
Bringing up any energies where you are holding hurt or grievances in your being.
Surrender everything to the sacred flame.
As you release any old stuck energies the flame turns violet white.
As it begins to burn and transform all old stuck energies.
The high priest speaks again,
In this fire learn to be naked and vulnerable,
Soft even in the presence of hardness.
Learn to open your heart and release any past hurts,
Grievances,
Rejections,
Betrayals.
Standing there,
Breathing,
Allowing your heart to soften.
Any walls around your heart ask the angelic presence to dissolve.
Ask for more expansive boundaries of light to form around your heart.
The high priest speaks again,
In this way you can be open to a new way of connecting with others.
Here you begin to communicate from your heart in a new way,
With a new level of authentic honesty.
Honesty with yourself.
Honesty with others.
A level of honesty you have not experienced before.
Allowing the sacred flame to burn around you and to reach inside of you,
Flowing into your heart and throat chakras.
Clearing,
Activating,
Opening a new level of honest communication in your being.
As the flame enters your heart it begins to burn a bright green gold.
As the flame enters your throat it begins to burn a bright gold azir blue.
The high priest speaks.
The fire reminds you to unify all apparent opposites within your being.
The parts of you that feel more feminine,
With the parts of you that feel more masculine.
The parts of you that feel more introvert,
With the parts of you that feel more extrovert.
The parts of you that feel more vulnerable,
With the parts of you that feel more capable.
The parts of you that feel more spiritually inclined,
With the parts of you that feel more concerned with worldly affairs.
In this way you become a whole being,
A spiritual adult.
A spiritual adult in the world rather than someone at war with themselves.
As these words are pronounced you are transported into the main temple building,
With its high ceiling decorated with an inner layer of stained glass panels.
There in the temple you witness a grand wedding between two young people.
The young woman,
Beautiful,
Radiant,
Expectant,
Dressed in ivory white,
A garland of yellow flowers in her hair.
A young man smiling,
Also radiant,
Wearing a pale blue velvet jacket and dark blue baggy pantaloons.
There is a crowd witnessing the wedding.
Above the temple space,
Above the couple,
You feel the presence of an angel.
The words of the high priest echo in your mind.
These two young people are both you,
Coming together in sacred marriage.
All barriers to internal union have been burnt away in the sacred fire.
Just breathing and opening and in this space feel that you are both in the main temple and in the sacred flame.
As the flame burns within you,
The colours change and brighten your aura.
Open now to the energy of the lovers dancing within you and around you,
Harmonising and unifying.
Your attention is drawn back to the wedding.
You see the angel above the couple,
Somehow resembles the young woman guarding the sacred flame.
She has a great aura of red and gold around her.
In her hand,
A great globe of emerald green fire.
The angel blesses the couple with this fire.
And the fire also radiates over the whole crowd in the temple.
You feel the joy of this union,
A great soothing of your mind and heart that seems to go on for an eternity.
The high priest speaks again and you are back in the small building.
The fire reminds you to choose who you are,
Who you want to be,
Who you want to become.
The sacred fire reminds you to choose the best version of yourself moment to moment and to bring that to all of your relationships.
The fire reminds you to seek balance at all times,
Even when others are out of balance.
Maintain your own centre,
In this way you bring harmony to any situation around you.
In this space you feel the angelic presence give you a final blessing.
And as you watch,
The angel Raphael begins to transform back into a female form,
Dressed in red and gold.
With a bow she turns and steps out of the building.
The sacred fire returns to a burning flame on the altar.
The ritual of cleansing and unification is complete.
